I called the hotel to possibly arrange a late check-in. The staff spoke broken English and not helpful at all. They just told me to send an email. I did that, but they never replied to it, even after sending a second email. Several days later when I arrived at the hotel, they had no rooms left. They were acting nonchalant and smug about the whole situation as it was "my fault for checking in late". They didn't try to fix the situation, didn't call any other hotels to check availability. Maybe if the front-desk staff is fired this could be a good hotel.
