Every thing is amazing The stuff is very helpful with us and they veery lovely they help with us for everything, I love my time with them it’s very comfortable and relaxing and quiet the cars service is very nice and helpful with us i think it’s will be my new favorite place in Dubai

Stayed on one weekend with the family and I was stunned and amazed with the beauty and facilities of this hotel. The unparalled service and attention provided by Tasos and Alina from the reception; Nino and Gail from Duangdy Thai Authentic Restaurant; German from Aelia; Gulum and Sabrine from the Recovery Lab were truly commendable. We will surely come back and stay again. This hotel is highly recommendable especially for those who are fitness and sports enthusiasts.

The stay was amazing ♥️ the hotel is so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and bright. Thank you Bishal and Sanjai for taking care of our room cleanness. Nardine and Alina are so sweet and accommodating. They helped me with my check out very fast and courteous. Thankyou for a perfect stay ♥️

Amazing hotel and facilities, the team was so nice and friendly, really appreciated. Special mention for the mattress in the room, i slept so well! Thanks to Ivan, Jasmin and the whole team on ground! I totally recommend this place if you look for a sporty but also chill place where you can relax, really young and dynamic mood.

Amazing place. Perfect if you love sport but also to chill. The Fitness center has the best machines and great coach. The wellness center is one of the best I ever tested. And moreover, you’ll have the choice between 11 restaurants with an amazing View and a 100m long swimming pool. Also the perfect place to have a drink and enjoy the sun and the view at the 27th floor! I highly recommend This place. 👍🏻

Je viens de passer six jours cinq nuits dans une grande chambre king je viens régulièrement a Dubai business ou loisir .J'ai trouve l'hotel super .Le meilleur que j'ai visiter a Dubai Découverte de la chambre spacieuse ,élégante,luxueuse ,grande qualité des matériaux toilette toto grand dressing avec pleins de petites attentions qui font plaisir et une vue whaoooo. Pour la restauration .A vrais dire je suis rester les six jours dans l'hotel ..Je suis sorti une fois pour du shopping j'ai déjeuner ,petit déjeuner et diner les six jours a l'hotel donc j'ai visite presque tous les outlet ..Petit déjeuner au private club avec un acceuil service exceptionnel par PAM souriante élégante professionnelle qui m'a meme presente Stephan le Chef exécutif supporter du Rugby de Perpignan qui a pris le temps d'échange avec moi ..je suis proprio d'un restaurant ..merci au chef pour son temps et ses conseils . Apres une découverte du concept Sweet XO super ,un super japonais ,Tapa sake la piscine extraordinaire avec la vue le service et une mention pour Capucine et leaticia . Je reviens en juin pour le salon hostellerie soit au Za'abeel soit au one and only royal

From hello to goodbye is memorable. The warm hospitality of the team truly made the stay more personalized and genuine from reception Ash, Jean Paul and Jasmine, Kiran from D thai restaurant her product knowledge and recommendations are spot on, Mehdi and daniela from XO and of course Robert and German from the breakfast buffet who went extra mile to make our moment worth remembering. Kudos to the management having these colleagues whom i believe pillars, beautifully executed service and very passionate on what they do. Congratulations on the opening. We will definitely come back.

In general all the facilities and staff is wonderful, very good and luxury service, and the staff is very friendly. Ash the butler was really nice, it's great to meet people with such a nice vibe. We wish next time we can stay longer to enjoy the fullest.
