Nice view

Accomodation nothing as described.Pool has been under maintenance for the last 3 months that no one made us aware off.On the night of check in they clearly stated pool operating times as normal.Took a whole day for someone to contact us and promised us we could use the pool at the building across that we thought was corporation but we were declined access.Once again they do not respond to calls or messages.No cleaning of the room included, message them to deliver clean towels have to wait hours for it.Same cold breakfast option everyday and they do not provide milk for the coffee.Not even a message or call since arrival to ask if everything is ok.Worse accomodation we experienced ever.Description when booked does not match anything besides the view from the balcony.

Small lobby. Good for family . Staff is so friendly and helpful.. I do think they have a problem with fridge. i think it shuts off when you leave the room. You might want to make sure. Tv is great. many foreign channels, Dutch, German, English etc. Everything in the area, Supermarket, restaurants etc;

1st point The building is not completely for the hotel It's system of appartments So SAFETY ia not 100% guaranteed On 1st night I went to repark my car (special parking for each appartment) at the same time a strange man tried to get inside my appartment while my family are there (completely unacceptable) and such point make me never think again of such hotel 2nd: They will take from u extra charges for cleaning after you leave 157 AED not mentioned in reservation No daily cleaning No daily complimentary water (only once) The view and receptionest are the 2 good points The room is 70% clean
