德累斯頓鄰近Erich Kästner Museum的飯店

This is an outstanding hotel. It is located across the street from the train station, but is incredibly quiet. The place is immaculate and the interior design is very well done. The hotel was remodeled in 2021 and it looks brand new. Staff was very attentive and fluent in English. The room was decent sized for a European hotel. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checking out so we could tour Dresden before taking a train out of town. It's one of the nicer hotels we've stayed at in recent years

上個月我們住了兩次這家酒店。第一次我們在巴斯蒂埃頂樓有一間小套房。這很好,如果有點裸露的話。checkin和早餐都很好。第二次我們發現自己在附件,Konigstein。在巴斯蒂埃登記入住很差,排隊20分鐘。附件在前面有一個快餐攤,入口是憑房卡。當我們到達時,電梯很髒,聞起來很臭,工作不正常。印象是無人操作。房間在6樓,晚上很吵,從下面非常繁忙的街道。早餐時,我們被指示坐在另一個客人已經佔用的桌子旁,工作人員對我們說更好的桌子都是針對團體的。當然,在我們離開的時候沒有這些跡象。此外,過度狂熱的餐桌清理,去自助餐吃更多,餐具和咖啡都沒有了。所以更好的辦理入住手續,也許更好的房間裏有保險箱,以及一些嚴肅的工作人員對客戶服務培訓,而不是欺凌。

Felix greeted us with great style and he is a really attentive host. A pleasure to see that ”great service ” does still exist. The rooms are more like student-dorms, so rather tight (two of us) but clean. Located opposite to The Galleria and in close proximity to Dresden's Altstadt, THE PLACE to visit and marvel

超級棒的體驗! 位置,不能再好,面對教堂,得到街道的全景,特別是早上街道還是安靜空曠的,所有亮點都是步行距離,小區餐廳選擇很多; 設施乾淨,維護得很好,需要的一切都在房間裏找到。適合帶孩子的家庭旅行。我們在房間裏發現很舒服,睡得很好。一旦窗戶關閉,你不會被外面的聲音打擾。 這座城市非常好,我們很高興我們在這樣一個偉大的地方度過了一晚。

酒店很不錯，充滿了藝術氣息，裏面有很多的畫作。 就是牀有點太軟了，住了三天，後面覺得腰特別不舒服。不過這個，還是因人而異吧。位置特別棒，離景點都不遠，走路就能到，旁邊路邊也能停車，而且停車費也不貴，不需要停在酒店。總體不錯

Communication with reception workers as a English speaking person not quite good. There is need to have an English speaking reception worker. No shower caps in the shower, little interaction with guests..... Rude reception lady (short one) when spoken to in English- her respone was like - ”i cant undestand what you are saying” in a rude manner. The tall lady and gentleman were very polite and hospitable. when i was finally leaving, just past five minutes after check out time, some worker at the door checking on me yet i was just about to get out, already packed. He told me the same reception lady had sent him. That was rude... Give a guest like 15min to leave as you have the whole afternoon before the room is occupied again. on saying bye to the reception lady she didn't respond. could be racism as i am from Africa i guess. Poor lady receptionist..... I was just a traveller not a resident and nothing to lose from her attitude.... I would not recommend the hotel again knowing she's still there. need for extra training i guess or ouright racism. no dinnner made even for purchase outside booking terms, quite low in that.... not good for traveller with kids due to that..... The room was good though, clean and serene, breakfast excellent, excellent service at breakfast time by staff in the kitchen

酒店很棒,服務很棒。酒店 crew是客氣的。早餐布ffet豐富新鮮。房間大型,客氣的裝置。位置就是這樣可以走走城市,約10分鐘。我們可以在車庫停車12夜 我想在街上有停車票 我們會更貴 而且還沒那麼安全 我們滿意 我們會回來的 謝謝酒店團隊!!!!!

在這裏住了四晚,只是喜歡酒店的位置,靠近所有景點,良好的餐廳和幾乎在門口的神話般的麪包店。我們用廚房區做早餐,效果很好,有很多陶器和烹飪用具,我們感覺到做飯的衝動(我們沒有)。我們有一張牀的公寓,房間很大,晚上很安靜,淋浴很棒。前台從8.30-7pm周圍開放,我們發現工作人員非常樂於助人,熱情,特別是當我們第一次到達時。只是wifi信號在我們的房間裏有點間歇性,但這對我們來說沒什麼大不了的,除了試圖觀看足球比賽時英國!

德國Dresden德累斯頓希爾頓酒店位置很好就在聖母教堂側，步行前往其他旅遊景點亦相當方便，酒店房間面積可以接受房間很清潔，兩張單人床非常舒適可以好好幫助入睡令翌日有足夠精神繼續參觀景點，早餐方面餐廳很漂亮，食物選擇多服務人員很有禮貌及有笑容還可以向服務員要求提供奄列一份非常好吃，離開酒店後可寄存行李，方便繼續輕鬆參觀各項景點，日後有機會一定再次入住這間酒店。

Poor customer service, relatively high price and rooms are borderline unhygienic. Arguably one of the lowest value for money hotels in the area. I would not consider this hotel as there many better alternatives available in Dresden.
