Receptionist was horrific. Thought I was on a hidden camera show. No way this woman could be the face of the franchise. No way. Was the most miserable person two days in a row. Worked afternoon shift and was the most unhelpful with everything and aggravated that you even spoke to her. And there didn’t seem to be any other person working that could assist you. Terrible. Just terrible. Won’t come back due to that experience. That being said, rooms were very clean, bathroom spotless, didn’t use pool or attend breakfast because we had to be out early each day

The hotel was very nice. The location was great, near stores and restaurants. The hallways had good lighting and they smelled very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh and well organized. My only complaint is while sitting in bed, my pillows and headboard smelled of musty cigarette smoke. However, I would stay at this hotel again.

Bed very comfortable! Hot tub nice but would be nice if could set timer self. Clean pool & hot tub.
Would have been nice if breakfast started earlier 6 am since was there for Amish bike ride & was unable to get breakfast @ hotel.

Hotel was basic and decent. No frills, hotel was clean, slightly outdated, hot breakfast was good. Front desk and breakfast staff were very nice.

Insanely Dirty room, smells , mole on the bathroom. Water turn yellow in the middle of showing. I booked here because the good reviews, turns out that this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life.

I booked this the night before and I choose this place for the pool and hot tub. After arriving t they said the pool was closed for 2 days for maintance. They should have posted that on the website and I would have chose another hotel.
