Nice clean hotel. I left apple watch in bed upon checkout and called hotel after 3 hours they had the watch. Thanks for everything!!

There was a lacrosse team staying there with you girls. They ran through the halls screaming. Payed on the elevators to the point you had trouble accessing them, and were extremely mouthy and disrespectful when asked to calm down and where their parents were. I called the front desk asking them to come up and say something yet no one ever came. It went until late that night and they resumed that behavior early the next morning. I got very little sleep and was very upset I used $250 to stay there. While I understand the common areas, they should not have been allowed to do that in the room hallways. Your staff had a responsibility to allow them to enjoy their stay, but equally your staff had a responsibility to the rest of us staying there. In the future I will be staying at the Hampton Inn down the street as I normally do, I just thought I would try the Hilton Garden. Huge mistake.

I requested late check out due to being out of state for a youth football tournament. I had to beg for it. Only to give me 1 hour which 12. I explained we had another game at 4pm we were unaware. We had no extra money to spend. After explaining that the front desk clerk says he could extend the few extra hours for $80. You will take money if I had it to let me stay but won’t extend a courtesy of letting us check out around 1 or 2 pm knowing the circumstances. The weather was terrible, cold and raining. Just poor service. You care more about the money than the well being of your guest.

Most hotels of this ilk provide free breakfast. The $10 continental breakfast was quite unimpressive.

Room 229 was extremely noisy. You can hear the people in the pool. I also blamed the people next door for the noise and I don’t even think it was them. The room reeks of chlorine. I am not sure if the surrounding rooms had the same issue, if they don’t then they should refrain from putting guest in room 229. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it’s ok, but this time the noise was just unacceptable. After traveling for so many hours you don’t want your rest disturbed due to noise.

The room was very clean but after paying 200 for a 135 dollar room! Im pretty pissed! After you pay the room fee they hit you when you check in with MORE FEES! and breakfast is 9 dollars extra per person! Definitely not worth it here so many other great places in Delaware that accommodations are better handled! Clearly they do not value the costumers!

The worse customer service I've seen in a very long time. From the woman answering the phone at the front desk, to the GM and Engineer! Will not return on that alone!

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly & I did like that the hotel allows pets. I needed an extra set of sheets and they were brought up to my room quickly. They charge $10 per person extra for breakfast which I thought should’ve been included considering I paid $600 already. The pool isn’t that big & isn’t heated and the hot tub wasn’t working. On Sunday the fire alarm went off so everyone had to wait outside until the fire depar**ent came & they brought some bottles of water because it was really hot out. It was a false alarm & everyone was allowed to go back to their rooms, but then it went off a second time and the fire depar**ent had to come back again. They did let me go back up to the room for an extra hour to finish getting ready
