En mon absence, la femme de ménage a fouillé dans mes affaires et m’a volé de l’argent. J’ai signalé l’affaire à un membre de la direction de l’hôtel qui m’a fait croire à une enquête sérieuse pour finalement dire qu’il ne voyait rien sur les vidéos qui sont dans le couloir. Aucune confrontation n’a eu lieu avec la personne qui a fait le ménage. Affaire close, c’est lamentable pour un hôtel de standing de ne rien pouvoir laisser de valeur dans ses sacs à l’intérieur de sa chambre.

Courtoisie exemplaire du personnel. Personnel disponible, fait des suggestions, propose des solutions de remplacement (réception, restaurant, chambre), assiste spontanément. A absoluement encourager. 3 semaines de mise à l'épreuve et satisfait.

Le service y est très satisfaisant. Personnel attentionné et très professionnel. Le room service et restaurant très réactif. Plat consommé : soupe aux poissons et j’ai aimé la pizza aux fruits de mer commandée en room service (très bonne et bien garnie). Ma chambre était très propre, ravitaillée au quotidien.

Très bon séjour, la nourriture, à la carte ou dans les buffets, est très bonne, la chambre très propre. le personnel est accueillant et serviable, Seul le WIFI mériterait un upgrade ou une meilleure distribution, notamment vers la piscine.

Excellent buffet et Petit déjeuner Je suis peut être tomber sur une chambre spéciale mais je n'avais pas de prise au niveau du bureau. L'Eclairage de la chambre n'est pas adapté pour travailler. La moquette du couloir sentait l'humidité.

Of all the hotels my family and I stayed at, in Cameroon, this was BY FAR THE BEST! Location, views, comfort—AMAZING. The bedding was comfortable and CLEAN. Other hotels have a lot to learn about cleanliness, and I say that as someone living in the U.S. Whenever I return to Douala, I will definitely stay here, again.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and so is the dinner buffet. The gym has all you need and also a personal trainer if you want. The swimming pool is quite small but it looks clean and the terrace around is nice to chill during the day. In front of the hotel there is Maison H, you must try their ice creams or pastries.
