C'était une très bonne expérience, le personnel est très professionnel. Petit bémol pour le restaurant par rapport au prix de 2 portions de frites à emporter (25$ les deux), prix un peu excessif à mon goût, dans la mesure où chaque portion n'etait pas copieuse du tout. J'ai payé quand même car j'avais pas d'autres options.
Sinon je retournerai très volontiers dans cet hôtel.

Hotel ótimo, estacionamento amplo grátis, bem localizado, quartos limpos e com mini cozinha, café da manhã com itens variados, tem lavanderia, academia, piscina limpa, restaurante maravilhoso anexo, funcionários atenciosos e atenciosas. Perto do Dolphin Mall, tem farmácia e supermercado relativamente próximos. Voltaremos, com certeza.

Fue una gran decisión escoger este hotel, su personal es muy cálido y colaborador. Aprecio mucho que nos permitieron ingresar antes del Check in, se los agradezco muchísimo. El desayuno es delicioso y fresco, tienen una estación donde preparan opciones deliciosas a la vista y una estación de yogurt Chobani muy original y deliciosa. En las tardes ofrecen happy hour con vino, cerveza, quesos y un delicioso pan, la atención del Sr. José es única, volveríamos siempre por el. El parqueadero es gratuito, no es muy grande pero siempre encontramos espacio. Muchas gracias a todos, seguirá siendo nuestro hotel de preferencia en Miami

O hotel é relativamente bom mas eu esperava mais . O café da manhã é péssimo . Pra voajar com a familia achamos o quarto bem apertada para 3 adultos e 1 criança .

While I appreciate the effort to create a Westin-inspired property, my recent stay was not up to par with my expectations. I encountered issues with cleanliness and maintenance, particularly with the toilets. The management could have been more responsive and professional in handling customer concerns. I would suggest that the management invest in better training and communication skills to ensure that guests have a better experience. I advise no one to stay here. I have honestly been all around the world and this place is by far the worst place that I’ve stayed at!
During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered issues with the management, specifically with Mariano Marin. I found his attitude towards guests to be unprofessional and rude. He also lacked basic management and leadership skills. When I asked to speak with a manager concerning room charges, Mariano simply said, “Okay I’ll get a manager.” I went upstairs and 15 minutes later there was a knock on the door. To my surprise there stood four police officers and Mariano at the door. Mariano lied to the police and accused us of committing theft. He could have simply explained that we couldn’t charge things to the room. To make matters worse, Mariano let us charge snacks before, but he must had a sudden change of heart. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and unacceptable
The police officer stated that Mariano was a horrible manager. We also found out that Mariano is are fond of calling the authorities.
