While waiting in line, I saw the previous customer receiving courteous and professional service, which initially gave me a positive impression of the establishment. However, my experience was different. When it was my turn to check in, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the staff member (I'd rather not mention her name on here). I felt as if I were a bother rather than a valued guest. Upon receiving my keys, I was met with nothing but a bad attitude, and unlike other guests, I was not given any information about the hotel's layout, amenities, or even directions to the elevator; instead, after an awkward silence while I waited for this standard information, all she asked was, "Do you need anything else?".
