第一次住這間酒店🏨就是附近沒有7-11有些不方便 其他一切都沒問題👌🏻 早餐的 Kimchi Fried Chicken Rice 也是很不錯😘 房間的床🛏️很舒服，主要還是遇到適合我的枕頭😌

凌晨的下機，所以就定了2晚，去到辦理入住，告知我定的房型給了其他人，以為我不入住啦，經過雙方1個小時的溝通，房東給了2個單床🛏️的房間先入住休息，到3點再跟我們換回現在圖下房型，3樓有泳池 衞生：看着還行，我和老公睡覺時覺得身體癢癢的 服務：雖然🈶積極解決問題，希望不要再將別人訂好的房間給其他住客了 設施：簡潔 優點：因為是過度，所以這裏離機場5分鐘，loby A樓下就有餐廳，過度一下不建議打車出去吃飯了，！可以解決，不過在正門小區進來，隔壁有新開的餐廳也是華人開的，味道不錯

差點評論成另一個酒店。 這個酒店整體非常新，聽本地人一個司機説是新裝修的，確實，很新，很乾凈。室內設施非常精簡，沒有多餘的東西，抽屜都找不到一個，哈哈哈哈哈。家庭房也是兩張大床，方便一家三四口入住。 樓下還是挺方便的，小吃店、便利店、超市、麪包店、自助洗衣店都有。也有酒吧飯店啥的。 但是離碼頭略遠，好在打的很方便。 室內沒拍照，對面是個彩色小樓。樓下超市有一衹肥貓。 市內走路要多看路，小心腳下到處都是的洞洞。

K Avenue離Kota Kinabalu機場很近，大概幾分鐘車程，公寓有A、B、C三棟tower，我們所住在房間在Tower B，check-in的前台在tower A；前台服務人員熱情有禮貌；房間設施齊全，有小熊燒水壺，還有一個小鍋，我們用來蒸第二天的早餐；房間設施比較新，熱水充足，床有點過軟；房間安靜，窗户外面是一片田園，黃昏的時候聽到遠處傳來穆斯林祈禱的聲音；樓棟對面有一家餐廳，價格正常，味道也還不錯，我們在裏面吃了旅途中的第一頓晚餐。

If you are looking for a budget family stay, this is the place. Next to ITCC mall where you can buy almost anything you need. Spacious, with wifi and netflix. Fridge and kitchen. My kids loved it. Not super clean though. Quite an old unit but for the price, it is more than what i expected. Recommended.

很不錯的地方..我在這裏已經三度了...愛聞...友好的工作人員...房間裏所有的設備都可以使用,條件很好 ..希望他們給老客戶多點促銷特別是我..嘿嘿..tq看...
