arrived at the Airbnb around 4:30pm, but the room was not ready, even though the stated check-in time was 3:00pm. I texted the owner, and he later mentioned that I could pick up the key, but by then I had already left for somewhere else. I only managed to return around 5:30pm. Upon entering the unit, the floor was extremely slippery from a recent mopping, and the air had a very unpleasant, musty smell. On top of that, the toilet smelled strongly of urine, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I am traveling with a child, and this level of cleanliness and preparation is unacceptable. I even had to purchase Febreze, Ambi Pur, and hand wash just to improve the odor. The sink area is also very smelly – please check and fix the drainage issue. This stay really did not meet expectations, and I strongly urge you to improve your service and upkeep.

The apartment is nearby airport. Overall stay is good. Except the room has the sewage smell, this must be due to the construction and structure of the pipelines design, not much that the operator can do. For a transit stay is good. May be the operator can try to change all the discharge floor cover to the anti smell type
