The WORST experience ever and the Marriott group MUST sell this building and fire the management. It saddens us to say that we had the worst experience ever and we just left the apar**ent building after receiving the worst and lowest customer service ever. This is something that we have never experienced with any hotel before let alone being linked to the Marriott family but it is apparently the norm in this hotel starting from their Tunisian manager Asma all the way to the entire Indian and Moroccan staff at the reception and Indian back office manager Nisha. It is something that we will remember for the rest of our lives and we will share with the entire World throughout the many social media applications and travel websites so everyone knows how bad this management is. Thanks for an unforgettable experience.
