VIP飯店(VIP Hotel Doha Qatar)

It's a hotel for transit use. Good location to access to airport. Took over 1 hour at checkin wait line. Only 1 staff at reception is doing checking while 5 to 6 staff are doing something else with a line of over 20 people. Smell like smoking in room. Need to change room. It's good value for a short stay but don't expect much services.

Good facilities, transfer to the airport

Arrived at the hotel and staff looked miserable and were very blunt. We were told that there would be fire alarm testing only when we arrived there, at 8am in the morning. This went on all day!! There was only 1 towel in the whole room. No hand towels or even a bath mat for getting out. We requested towels at roughly 12pm and had to ask again at 6pm as they still didn’t arrive. After requesting the second time it still took them another 2 hours to bring the towels up. The staff were really rude to my partner, not listening to his requests or questions and dismissing him. I had to leave earlier to catch a flight at 12am that night and my partner was staying on in the hotel. There was no need to check out. As we were leaving they chased us out the door asking us to check out and we had to explain to them that we aren’t checking out a day early I’m just leaving. After my partner dropped me at the airport and went back to the hotel they were questioning him about why he was staying and were overall very unprofessional. They made him feel uncomfortable and angry with the way they treated him. Honestly the most rude hotel staff I have ever had to deal with. I have stayed in 2 star hotels better than this so called 5 star one. If you want to be treated like a guest and a human, avoid this hotel at all costs. In addition, the room was dirty, walls had holes in it and bathroom door has make up all over it. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. I will never make the same mistake twice by staying here.

This cannot be a five star hotel Doesn't deserve two stars Very bad hotel and very bad in dealing with guests There is an Egyptian nationality alternate manager named Ahmed, who absolutely does not deserve to be a manager who deals with the inmates like this I do not recommend living there at all

A very bad experience for a first time visit where the staff doesn’t know where should the guest park, apparently if you visit the hotel cafe your more valued than a hotel guest there is no proper management or skilled staff to ensure guests arrive and are addressed

The food was amazing and the service is great. We had a great time me and my family and would come again on our next trip to doha. The pool is clean and very well maintained, and the rooms are quite and big with so many options to go with. Room service is spot on and the restaurant is great.

We visited this hotel last July 2023 and we didn't like the service. Check-in process is too slow. When we finally checked-in, we called the reception many times to bring our luggage to our room but they bring it after 1 1/2 hours. (No joke) At the same day, we got shocked that one guy opened our room freely (without even hitting the door bell or even knocking). He immediately went out when he saw me and I asked my friend to follow him to ask who is he (I did not follow as I was on shocked. I am a muslim and he saw me not covering 💔) He claimed that he is from engineering and mistakenly open our door as he thought it was the engineering room!!!! We decided not to come back ever again in this hotel. But unfortunately my friend decided again to come back today (August 2023) as they said that there is a promotion (cheap price). Hoping to give a second chance in this hotel. ************* the check in is fast and our luggage came faster than the last time. Then we planned to swim but the swimming pool is very dirty. Soooo disgusting!!! The water is somehow not clear anymore and there are dirt floating in the water that makes us feel so disgusting. I did not swim at all. We tried to complain/advised the receptionist and the Manager about the issue but they said that the swimming pool will not be clean even after tomorrow (maybe it is not their schedule of cleaning). So unfortunately we just stayed in the room as nothing else to do. The next day we decided to check the pool and stay there at least to enjoy the view of the pool as it is LADIES DAY as per the management but we got shocked that it is MIXED. Male and Female are swimming on the time that they said it is exclusive for LADIES ONLY. I will never ever go back to this hotel. They don't even deserve 1 star. The only good thing in this hotel is that they put the direction of Qibla.

Mesmo não dominando o inglês, os funcionários foram justos e pacientes comigo. O hotel é muito bonito com quartos grande e confortável. Fica em frente a estação de metrô. Peguei a estadia com o cartão da WISE.
