Worst service you will ever have. We asks for a manager to assist us and requesting for consideration as we book to meet up with friends. They didn't allow us to come up in the room. As per the guy that talk to us. His name is Tony and seems his approach to us is more than a hotel security and he react all the time during the conversation instead of responding. His rude also the way he talk to us maybe because we're Asian that's why he doesn't even show any professional approach and instead of explaining nicely. His trying to show that we don't know anything. And telling us that all the rules is written on the paper that sign of our friends that come first to the hotel and insisting that, we should go through the whole thing while our friends are rush to sign in the reception and not being told of the timing. Considering that we booked the hotel through platform and there was none being mentioned that we cannot come up late at night even though, we booked the hotel untill the following day.

我在凱賓斯基酒店住了三個晚上,經歷了一次由憤怒到欣慰的心情過山車。去之前懷着憧憬訂了一個珍珠景的雙牀房,希望好好欣賞一下珍珠島的真容。結果進了房間發現,我花了大價錢的房間,陽台竟然麪對一堵牆,變成了“牆景房”。我和前台據理力爭之後,給我換了一間房,臨睡前發現衛生間的燈是壞的,門是壞的,根本無法入睡。於是我徹底失望了,不敢再信任凱賓斯基,衹希望可以退房換一家酒店。在半夜十二點和前台的再一次鬥爭中碰巧遇到酒店的經理奧馬爾,他給我換了一間套房,結果還算欣慰吧。可是想想前麪的經歷,我帶着孩子拖着箱子不停的被折騰換房,這家酒店對待中國客人的態度可見一斑了。永遠不見,凱賓斯基!

我和我的朋友試過這裏的齋月帳篷。 抵達后,我們受到女主人的熱烈歡迎。 在食物方面,他們有很多品種選擇的食物。工作人員的服務是驚人的。 她們非常細心和專業。 以後,我肯定會回來這裏的。

The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the beach and the shopping centre. I felt very safe as a solo traveler at this hotel. A good choice of places to eat were close by. The breakfast was decent, had a good variety to choose from. The staff at breakfast were very welcoming. Viranya was very kind and gave me some great advice on places to see. She also changed my room to a much nicer room as the people next to me were very noisy. Arif Chouhdry from housekeeping was also very helpful. Unfortunately the spa staff were very unprofessional, this was in attitude and appearance. I booked an appoin**ent but still waited 45mins until I was seen, the staff member assumed I was a friend of another staff member. While I was in my towel waiting she still asked me twice if I was a customer. She made me feel very very uncomfortable. This was on my last day so it put a sour note to the end of my trip. Apart from that experience, everything else was fantastic. I would come again (but would not use the spa services).

These was our third hotel staycation by Hilton here in Doha. Sad to say it was our best experiences among the three hotel. From valet, reception, room services, kids club, breakfast and dinner up to check out, My family got and enjoyed the top notch services of a 5 star Hotel. Very well done guys and you deserve a commendation and shout out. Thanks to the very nice and helpful Mr. Mohamed sahin and Ms Rebecca and Jenny for taking good care of my kids. The restaurant crews ramzee, Riza, lachana, and Karl for the delicious breakfast and dinner. You all deserve a 5 star ratings.

因工作原因,我長住在Aleph Doha Curio Collection By Hilton, 2304房間。作為鑽石會員,我曾住過很多希爾頓集團下的酒店。在我看來這家酒店根本不符合希爾頓的服務標準。housekeeping服務非常糟糕,經常更換服務人員打掃我的房間,可以理解他們需要輪班。但是!經常換一些從未經過培訓的人來打掃, 把我私人的床上用品,甚至是枕頭都放在地上。我真的很無法忍受,覺得每天睡在屎上,他們這樣的服務太噁心了,簡直是侮辱希爾頓集團。像今天這種情況,當然不是第一次發生,當我每次反饋給工作人員後,沒有任何結果。住在這裏一年多,關於HSKP的問題,HSKP經理Gulem從未解決這些問題,從未當面給我過任何解釋。 I have been staying at Aleph Doha Curio Collection By Hilton for a long time due to my work. As a Diamond member I have stayed in many hotels under the Hilton group. In my opinion, this hotel is not up to Hilton's standard of service at all. the housekeeping service was very poor, and the service staff was often changed to clean my room, which is understandable that they need to work in shifts. However! I was constantly replaced by people who were never trained to clean, leaving my personal bedding and even my pillows on the floor. I really can't stand it, I feel like I sleep on **** every day, and it's disgusting and insulting to the Hilton group for them to serve me like this. This is certainly not the first time a situation like today has happened and when I give feedback to the staff each time, nothing comes out of it. Staying here for more than a year, regarding the HSKP issues, the HSKP manager Gulem has never resolved the issues, never given me any explanation in person.
