Best hotel cygnett inn sea view in new Digha.All staff was amazing specially ***oj, ***isankar....even all were nice. They fullfill our request on time. Other services like room service housekeeping also very good. Really impressed with staff amazing hotel. Wish to visit again. Thank you so much.

Food is amazing.cooked to perfection.. Staff behaviour very courteous. Their food is a must have.for both veg and non veg..given that Digha does not have great vegetarian options Mr ***ishankar their staff was very hospitable..Well maintained hotel

Mind blowing service in restaurant. Breakfast buffet was superb…………swimming pool atmosphere is so good …….thanks to all service boy to help me…………….. all frnd suggested them to enjoying travel…………..::.:: thanks …………………….. all are good ………………..

It was a horrible stay at hotel. I had stayed for 3n/4d at your hotel in Digha for a family vacation. But it turned out to be night mere prior a day of check out. I was allotted room No 408. The room was more or less Ok. but needs proper maintenance and should be more tidy. There were stains on the wash basin . Oil stains was found on the bed on the day of arrival. Surprisingly, during my stay for 3nights, bed sheets, pillow covers, were not changed even for a single day, though i had booked high category of room i.e Club Room as per to hotel. Coming to the most pathetic part of stay... Hotel allotted room Room # 407 to some people on 7.4.24 just adjacent to my room . Past 11pm at night some people in the room started playing loud music , most probably box music. After an hour or so , i bought the issue to the hotel reception, but they paid no heed to the same. As night increased loudness increased too. Few of them I believe was shouting at top of the voice using very rustic language. Breaking of glass bottles could be heard. My question is .. if hotel knew a family was staying then why did they allotted room just adjacent to my room which had even interconnecting door. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED .

Without any hesitation just go for it, you will have a remarkable stay here. The staffs are very professional and very helpful. You will have a great time in their pool area. You can have beer and snacks in their pool also, but it’s costly little bit.

Good Food…….….Staff Behaviour is very polite……..Room Is Excellent……..My experience is Nice……… Their Food Is Nice and Pool Area id very clean…….. My all over experience is very Good………………. This Hotel Is very nice and beautiful…………………….

Best restaurant to stay. Co-operative and disciplined staff. Easily check-in and check-out process. You can come with your loved ones family without any hesitation. Thanks cignett inn sea view for best hospitality. We will come again soon.

It was a good expirence here … awesome staff… can work a bit more on the bathroom sanitation part… rest breakfast was very good Awesome spread… would definitely recommend here everyone to stay… its just 900 meters away from new digha beach….
