This is overall a good resort for family. Rooms are good, food is very good. Staff overall is well trained however some of them need to be better trained. There were small issues in the room like with the intercom not working, tv not working But credit must be given to the Operations ***ger- Mr. Rohit Chaudhary.....he is the saving grace to what could become a disastrous stay. Kudos to you Rohit!! I hope the owners/***agement support Rohit in resolving the small issues....which can be very irritating for full paying guests on a holiday mode.

Great hospitality from the staff. Mr Rohit - the resort ***ager, Mr Joshi - Naturalist and Ashish at the front office were really very courteous ***** with the rest of the staff. The team went out of their way to make the stay memorable. I had lost the camera cover and Mr Joshi came ***** searching and spent his time helping me find it. Truly a great set of team ***aging the resort. Food was great too. A few things can make it ever better like a bit of upkeep of the property and shaded car park for guests. The hot sun and dust can really take a toll on your vehicle. Overall a great stay!

we have very good experience in this hotel. we have very good time here and very good food and hospitality. Nice locations and prompt service, we have experience very good quality of foods. Nice locations near by to main road and turiya gate. for tiger safari its good place to stays and enjoy.

Nice ambience, nice service and the atmosphere. Thoroughly helping staff . Thank you for the nice experience. Will surely recommend other to come . Friends have also enjoyed. Food was tasty. High tea was also at a nice place where we can have a leisure time with family.

Great place , excellent service , worth all your penny . Ashish ji has been a great host and ensured all our requests and stay are accomodated right from the moment we book the resort . We stayed in tent and it was amazing with the open shower and best of stay possible . The food is tasty and the menu is different every day . All the meals are very good.

Team Headed by Rohit Chaudhary.Rohitji was just about everywhere having a solution for everything . Arvind , Vikesh Deshmukh and all. Very polite , courteous staff . Kids had a great time . Food was good . Had a great experience overall *A ramp for senior citizen going to spa area suggested by us .
