帕克萊恩度假村(Parklane Resort)

No food and drinks were available when we reached there and room service was very bad intercom was not working we were not allowed outside food and drinks as per the price the room was not a luxury room staff were not trained and breakfast was very ordinary

The rooms were ok but the food was bad.Half of the things were not available.There was no bread toasting machine.the food was cold.had to wait for more than 45 minutes for puris.The bananas were half raw. in a nutshell.it was a complete mess.

I guess "Poor" is the wrong word for Parklane Resort and its staff specially Mr. Vikarnt Verma and the front office staff ****** Singh. The best word to define them was Greedy and Notorious. Now I will explain why I am saying so, I have a booking in this resort for 2 nights that is 18th and 19th Feb 2020 under booking reference ID ********* via Agoda. As we were traveling to Dhanbad from Lucknow due to traffic congestion we reached late around 8:00 PM in the night and these guys canceled our booking and said they have not received any booking via Agoda. The best part Mr. ****** and ****** is trying to explain technical jargon. Dude, I manage a site with a billion transactions in 24 hours and I know what Agoda is. So after a long tussle, they just asked us to leave their resort by saying that they have arranged our rooms in Kings Resort which is just a dumping ground for us. I have not expected such a low mentality from these folks as we were a group of 10 people with kids & oldie people and we have booked an executive room so you can understand what kind of service we were expecting. This brings me conclusion either that Mr. Vikrant Singh is stupid and is not fit tourism industry or he is incapable of handling the situations like this. I would not say any good word for Mr. Vikrant and Pinky for selling our booked room to someone else who has booked the marriage hall in their resort. They have just unethical business practices with poor executioners like Mr. Vikrant and Pinky.

Good food with a good music. Had a really nice evening. Pool view, really good place to click pictures. Good place to go out with family. Overall place with music always looks good. Must visit place near dhanbad.

Very nice and clean property in dhanbad everyone must visit this resort because the management is also very good

The bar and resto in same place which is not good for all and my family feel very uncomfortable. So i am not satisfied which amount paid for the hotel.

Everything was very good except the service of the management team which could be improved much. Else the rooms were very good and all clean and hygienic. Morning breakfast was also not that good which could also be improved.

It is huge, well maintained, all rooms are equally good, game zone, swimming pool are special feature. They provided driver stay free. Everyone is well behaved. Worth my money. Loved staying really.

This place is very underrated. The ambience, food, environment everything is amazing. Highly recommended
