"During my road journeys from Kolkata towards Dhanbad, Jharkhand, and beyond via NH 19, I have often found Shaan-e-Punjab, Nirsa, to be an exceptionally pleasant and dependable stopover. It is one of those welcome havens along the highway where a tired traveller can pause, refresh, eat well and return to the road with renewed energy.
