宮殿套房飯店

朝、掃除をしておいて下さいと頼んでも、３泊中１度も来なかった。チェックアウトの時、シーツが１枚足り無いとイチャモン付けられ、なかなか帰してくれなかった。最低の宿、２度と泊まるか。

We had an absolutely amazing time here. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. In word we were thrilled at beautiful stuff also enjoyed much.

I was impressed with the fitness center on the top floor which was very clean, well stocked with all the equipment I needed, and with plenty of bottled water. family both stayed there for 2 weeks in December 2022. The hotel intermediate This hotel in situated in prime location of dhaka, Specially good hotel to stay for business purpose.We had a lovely time at this hotel staff were very friendly.Hotel is clean, fitness center is also nice.

I have 2 clients who wanted to stay this hotel, once we talk with a guy at reception and ask for booking. First of all, He was not professional in this track. However, I asked him to give me my confirmation whereas he said not to worry. He assured me that room has booked. As I called a week ago from our travel date. I provide the hotel details to our clients and The clients sudden decided to check whether the booking has already or not Our client called, but there was no booking. 😡😡😡 Worst case ever Then I have called them and asked The Hotel person is insisting me to over charge me for another room whereas the Room wasn’t book at that time and they blamed me. None professional attitude and I will never recommend anyone there for sure.

I enjoyed too much in HOTEL SUITE PALACE. Food item was too much delicious.Al room are very nice. Full hotel is well equipped with nice furniture. Their hospitality was really amazing. They were very friendly too.
