The staff were so friendly. It was our 6 year anniversary and we had to book this hotel after leaving an air bnb nightmare. We ended up in a beautiful room.

Nice room with great view. Had a cool shower. The house won 🥲

Just say no! We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. Never received that, however it was ready when we returned from our evening out. There was a little sign on the bed letting us know they put clean sheets on the bed prior to us arriving. Who does that? The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. Stuff kept sticking to the bottom of my feet. I then started a pile. Yuk! One elevator was operating to the parking garage when we arrived. Finally had to take the stairs. None of the elevators were working the next morning. We went to TAPS to get lunch. No one wiped the bar off when we sat down. They slapped a menu in front of us and never came back. After 10 minutes, and the couple next to us who was there way before us not being waited on we left. There were 3 bartenders and they were not busy. We will not go here again.

Rooms were not cleaned by check in time and was downgraded to a standard room with a late check out comp. The standard room had candy wrappers on the floor and the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap were empty. Valet gave no instructions to validate ticket and was charged for complimentary valet $25. While eating at Taps we were informed of a 20 min wait even though only half the tables were full. Food came out quickly but was a 25 min wait to get a beer I ordered. The pool area didn’t have any towels, robes, or slippers that were to be supplied to guests as they were being washed for 2 days. ****** tables are all $25-$100 tables and the majority of the slots are unclear on the credits played/$wagers. Majority of the staff were uncooperative, unavailable, or uninformative. No microwave or fridge in rooms but do have mini bars. Steam room, sauna, and hot tub are located in locker rooms so they are not co-ed. Over all experience was about a 1/5 due to the Nice amenities, however unstaffed/unsupplied.

I liked the shower. I didnt like the tv channels. I didnt like that it wasnt a mini refrigerator or a microwave for the price of the room that should be included. It's cheaper hotels that offer those items all the time.

They charge you to have a microwave in the room and who wants a bed without a headboard?How can you sit up in the bed to watch TV???
