西奧多飯店(Hotel Theodore)

Check In was fantastic - room was beautiful (Claw Foot Tub Suite). Great views, clean. Customer Service though was not as expected as my stay continued. No room service, no food pick up at the restaurant, no late check out options. Just cold flat tones by staff. I’d expect more friendly hospitality for the amount the room cost. Bummer because it’s a beautiful hotel.

Was shocked that they charged $30 early check in fee (their check in was 4 I arrived at 2) plus $32 'resort fee'. You must be joking. There were no amenities whatsoever. They didn't even provide water. It was $7 plus tax. Parking $55 plus tax. Room was small but clean, bathroom tiny. The only positive was extremely comfortable bed (but small). For the money I ended up paying I could have stayed at Marriott and had a pool.

My husband and I went to a Seattle for a getaway. We had some great experiences and some bad ones with this hotel. The check in was fabulous and they staff was super friendly and made for a wonderful check in. Our room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. It felt very cramped and crowded. There was about two feet between the foot of the bed and the wall and the tv took about 6 more inches of that making it only about a foot and half of space to get around the bed. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the sheets are loud if you have sensory issues. The bathroom was really cramped and my husband had to sit sideways on the toliet so he could sit down properly. And the shower was so hard to figure out. I felt really embarrassed not being able to figure out how to work the shower and felt a little judged by the staff for not being able to figure it out but the lady who came to help was nice. The location was great and super convenient. We ended up only being able to stay one of the 3 night because I had to fly back and take care of sensitive family issue. When checking out I asked the employee if there was anything I needed to do to check out early because I had a family emergency I had to take care of. He told me no and on the way out told me to have a nice day. I was so hurt and offended by that comments. With what I was dealing with there was no way I was going to have a nice day. I just wished this hotel looked and felt as nice as the pictures.

La verdad mi estancia estuvo muy bien. Solo que me cobraron $400 dólares de deposito con la intención de tener resguardado por si durante mi estancia consumía cosas del hotel. Lo cual no sucedió! Y es fecha que no me regresan mis $400 dólares. Creo que no es Justo. Además me cobraron $25 dólares diarios lo cual está ok pero hicieron otro cobro que no me explicaron por qué? Solo lo hicieron. Espero y ustedes me puedan ayudar a solucionar esta situación.

We spent our wedding night at this hotel, and are so disappointed with the experience for the $315 (plus $32 parking) we paid. The only good feedback I can provide is location is in the heart of downtown and it was a clean hotel. Receptionist was ok, but obviously not excited to work there and the door kept sticking when the they were buzzing us in. While the lobby was beautiful, the rooms were so bare and small. The restrooms was so small the the door when the door was open, it was three inches from hitting the toilet. The shower door if opened completely blocked the sink. It could literally only fit one person in it. We were told by reception that parking would be $24 in the garage next door and that they could open it for us if it were closed, but when we left this morning it was actually $32 dollars! When we tried to leave for check out, we waiting for 2 rounds of elevators down and they were both jam packed that we eventually had to walk down four flights of stairs to leave. We reached out a couple of nights before our staying to asking if there were any additional amenities because it was an extremely special night, no response from the hotel at all. We were not looking for anything too crazy, but for $315 for our wedding night that was probably the most disappointing hotel stay we have ever had!! Would not recommend at all. After the most exciting night of our lives, we ended it such a tragic way by staying at this hotel.

La atencion del personal muy buena, la realidad es quw mis incomodidades no tienen que ser la de todos, pero el aromatizante del lobby olia raro, los cuartos estaban limpios pero se sentia polvoso. Muy buen punto para ir a cualquier lado

Muy céntrico un hotel con 97! años de edad, bien conservado y seguro muy bien para negocios no para viaje de parejas

옆방이 방문으로 되어있는데 말소리가 다 들립니다. 옆방이 그정도 들리면, 제가 TV보는소리도 피해가될듯해서 조용히 지내게 되었습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 친절하나 공간이 좁고 옆방소음, 히터팬소리가 너무 커서 잠을 못잤습니다.
