WIFI connection is not good. Sometimes I just can't download the emails.

This is a very reliable place to stay: clean, friendly, safe, and quite comfortable. In the plus column, the staff is wonderful and a free breakfast is often included in one's room rate. In the minus column, when I booked my room, my rate had a notation that said "Includes Taxes and Fees." That turned out not to be true--when the front desk staff gave me my parking pass there was no mention of any fee, yet I got dinged by a $15/night parking fee, at checkout. The very ample, outdoor parking lot was never more than half full, so I have no idea why they were even charging for parking, much less omitting that fact. Everything else was great, but that particular policy seems inconsistent with the otherwise high quality of this hotel.

We appreciated being allowed to check in early. We took the shuttle into the airport to catch the train into downtown. It was nice to have that option. The breakfast to order was good. Overall a very comfortable stay. Nice staff.

The property was not like the pictures. Pictures made it look a lot nicer than it actually is. We stayed 2 nights. Someone was in our room while we had been gone during the day. We got back to our room and the do not disturb sign was in the floor inside our room instead of hanging on the outside of the door, our curtains were wide open and we left with them closed, lights off and we had left them on, and my electronics charger had been unplugged. Garbage was not emptied so I don’t know if it was staff or a random person in there. When I went to the desk I was told “I don’t know anything, I just got here. Talk to management in the morning.” They have cameras in the hallway and I asked for management to review them, but I haven’t heard anything back and honestly don’t expect to. They gave us free breakfast, and sent us on our way. It was averagely clean for the most part, but that’s the only good thing I can say.

Personal safety of guests is an issue. Around 3am 9/13/23 people posing as police went around to rooms knocking on doors telling people “open up, it’s the police.” Asked front desk worker (male - 5am same day) why the police were there and he had no idea about it. Told him I’d follow up later. Went back to front desk around 10am same day. People working front (two women) were not told about it. I informed them as to what happened. They said it couldn’t have been the police because they would’ve come by the front desk. I told them “if they weren’t the police, that’s much worse.” One didn’t respond, the other shrugged it off. Not figuratively — literally lifted her shoulders and hands. Evening front desk staff (9pm same day) were just as indifferent. Went to bartender to request direct phone/e-mail for General Manager Kai Chow to inform him of danger to guests, and was given a phone number for the front desk. In short: people posing as police tried to get into rooms. Informed staff, but staff was indifferent.

I tried calling for the shuttle service since the hours where not posted. No one picked up the phone and myself and a few others wher waiting for the pickup until 12:30am that never came. Uber was $35! Very dissapointed in the communication. Once at O'Hare everything becomes a big deal. Had I know I would have stayed in a different Hotel.

The property required a parking reservation and had none when I came to check in. They wouldn’t make any attempt to try to accommodate. I had to book another hotel at the Hyatt. Go there. Wyndham was wafting of pot.

the receptionist at the check in counter was cold. not rude, just stone cold and robotic, If you didnt ask, she wont tell you. Asked if i requested a low floor room, she said no. Didnt even bother to ask if i wanted one.

Half hour shuttle service should have been identified. It would be nice if they had a carry-out breakfast available for early travelers. The free breakfast starts at 6:30 and the early shuttle leaves at 6:30.
