The hotel smelled a horrible older which emulated into our room the next day I told the front desk person about it and she said it was because of the restaurant next-door there Grease trap gases were leaking into the hotel that was all she said

Check in was a breeze! Room is always super clean! Walked to Johnny's for dinner and slept like a baby. Wake-up call was spot on and we were off on time!

I booked this hotel many weeks in advance. Spent hundred of dollars. Showed up and they told me they didn’t have a room for me. They put me in a different hotel but overall the concierge was not very apologetic about the situation. Won’t be booking here again.

Unfortunately, when I checked in i was charged again for the night by the night receptionist. I used the apps for 2 consecutive nights and have had issues both times. The girl at check in was super friendly however getting charged twice for a room is unacceptable. The hotel was rated 9.2 which I would expect from a double tree hotel however this hotel was run down and the non smoking rooms had a smoke smell.

Staff was friendly and efficient! Cookies were AMAZING! Ate supper at Johnny’s…the service and food were outstanding!

I choose this property because of the listed / pictured amenities specifically the pool and hot tub. So imagine my surprise and disappoin**ent when checking in to find out that the property no longer had a pool or hot tub. When I shared that these were items I used in making my choice I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Very disappointed!!!!

I thought my hotel room was clean, spacious and just right. I appreciated not having to worry about anything during my stay.

Clean room, quiet surroundings (even with an airport close by), friendly staff

Stayed overnight at DoubleTree to celebrate birthdays at Johnny's with a group of 18, then catch an early flight the next morning. There were multiple HS girls volleyball teams staying in the hotel, and they were running up and down the halls, dribbling balls on doors, screaming, etc past 10pm. When I reported my concerns to the front desk, the response was "yes, we're aware. Sorry, nothing we can do." Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to a delicious evening for our group at Johnny's.
