it was so cold, asked for an extra fan it was not there it was not a proper English breakfast can not bring it to the room

Everything about the stay was really good and enjoyable and all the staff was really friendly and helpful.

As an elderly couple we didn't find this accommodation very easy. It was upstairs, not too much of a problem, but the shower was over the bath with no grab rails of any kind so very difficult for us to use. In fact the bathroom was in need of a makeover as it was looking tired. We also had issues with the electrics, which were attended too quickly but a nuisance all the same. Although booked for two nights we didn't stay for the second night as we weren't really comfortable We were also unlucky with food as the restaurant was having some updating done so wasn't open the night we arrived.

Overall the Hotel was good, a little noisy but that was ok, room a little cold to start with until I worked out how the heaters worked.

The property met my expectations and was good value for money. My room was clean and fresh, with plenty of items on the hospitality tray for drinks in the room. The food in the restaurant was very good and I would definitely eat there again.

Very clean staff were really friendly and accommodating. Would definatley come back.

It was very noisy until midnight and as I had an early start I would not recommend Saturday nights

Very friendly and welcoming staff. After checking in we found that the bathroom light switch was faulty which meant we couldn’t see to use facilities. This was reported promptly and unfortunately no other rooms were available. However the manager called called out maintenance and got it fixed. Huge thanks. Great service.

The hotel is nice but we had some small issues during our stay. The room phone wasn't working, so I had to go to the reception to order a pizza (not so good/tasty) and to say that the shower hot water wasn't working (it was fixed).
