Booked this hotel because it was close to the Empower Field. We booked a suite because we needed the pullout couch, but the couch was in horrible condition. It was very dirty and stained, as well as the springs were protruding out of the mattress. They said they don’t have roll away beds because they have the pullouts, well we had to purchase a air mattress for our kids to sleep on. The hair dryer was broken, the handle on the toilet was broken, the microwave was also broken and a smaller one was placed on the counter, leaving little counter space. The room was not cleaned well and we were only given three towels. Overall, the beds were comfy and the location to the stadium was good, which I’m sure is why it’s so neglected, people will unfortunately still stay here. Very disappointing considering how much we paid.

This was a decent 2-star hotel. The room was fine, and the service was enough for the time we were there - the usual COVID type towel changes, but limited bedsheet changes. It is easy to turn into from one direction, but difficult in the other direction due to the highway. Semi-industrial type neighborhood, so not great if you want to walk or do a morning run. The breakfast was decent with the usual fare. It was quiet and the HVAC was good. If you spend most of your time out of your room, it is a good deal. Good for the price.

We booked because they have a pool. It was surprisingly in very good condition and we were happy until some dim wit contaminated it. The HVAC in the room was quiet and worked well. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The property is kind of worn overall. The maid service pretty much just gives you towels, you have to clean your own room. But it is OK.

Poor customer service at front desk....toilet in the room stopped working - called front desk and was told someone would be up to look at it - nobody came, hadto go down to the front desk and again asked about the toilet and was told there is nobody was there to fix it. TV disnt ger half the channels advertised - they told us to unplug it ans restart? There were two microwaves in the kitchenette, the built in one didnt work so they just put another one on the counter (with limited space to begin) - overall very disappointed

We arrived early and asked about possible early check in, and they got us in right away, several hours early! The room was way more comfortable than we were expecting with a great view of the Denver cityline. I was nervous because of recent negative reviews and the fact that it was directly off the freeway, but we were very pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be back!!

We booked a kitchenette because we were staying for two days for a wrestling tournament there was 1 plate,2 coffee cups, a spatula the main microwave didn’t work so they added a small one. coffee pot was broken. We asked for forks and had to pay extra for plastic ones. People smoking cigarettes and **** could smelled through the hallway. Carpets were stained. Couch was filthy. Our door lock didn’t work right our entire stay. Pool area was gross. Full size fridge was nice. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Everyone else was rude.

I usually stay here or recommend it to friends as it’s an affordable place really close to downtown, but after last check in experience I will never go back. The lady at the front desk was extra rude and zero has zero empathy towards costumers, specifically if they don’t speak English, when you can tell they she’s not from here.

Room was terrible, no USB charging station. My shower door was broken. I had no toilet paper or trash cans. The staff was mean and treated me as though I wasn't a paying customer

Several things in the room/bathroom were broken or missing (cracked shower pan, cracked tiles, missing baseboard, etc.). Some crumbs around the room and in the foldout bed.
