I am here for business and could not believe how great the service was. So helpful and even gave me two free drink vouchers because the room view wasn’t the best. I never complained, they just offered. The restaurant staff were very nice and humor. The room is great, clean, and very spacious. I will be back, but will bring the family next time.

The aesthetics/art was perfect! However, A/C in our room didn’t work. First time we talked to staff, she acted like it was our fault. Second staff member was much more friendlier but stated they were working on it. The 3rd time I spoke with staff, same nice guy as before, forgot I had already complained & told me the same story about working on getting it fixed. They brought up a fan, but it was so loud it was hard to hear the TV & it still didn’t keep me from sweating. I asked about moving to a different room, but they said they were full. I didn’t realize they didn’t have microwaves in the room. Went to the lobby to see if there was anywhere to warm up some leftover breakfast from the Fire restaurant & they said there was not a microwave anywhere. It’s not like I was bringing in food. It was an expensive meal I purchased from them. Can’t say I will stay there again. I expected a tad bit more basics ( A/C & microwave) for the amount of money I paid to stay there.

Upon checking in and getting to our room, everything looked fine. It wasn’t until late in the evening we noticed one of the bath towels had brown stains on it. We decided to ignore it as there were other clean towels to use. However the following morning waking up I noticed there were small blood stains on the comforter as well, which is wildly unacceptable. Check out time was 11am, however we had house keeping banging on our door at 10:40am and asking how long we were going to take to checkout. I said checkout is at 11 and we are working to pack up and leave now. 15 minutes later we had them banging on the door asking again. If checkout is 11am, why am I being asked by multiple staff when we are planing to leave?

Restaurant staff provided great service. Front desk staff were inconsistant; some good, others poor attitude and service. Valet staff great. Non functional elevator created unreasonable delays in getting in/out of room and building; other guests commented similarly. Recommend you add room service.

Art is nice, location is good. Attention to detail and service not at high standard, room had razor cover and dirty cups from previous guest.

So average for the price. Couldve got the same at hampton inn for 1/2 the price

Lovely clean and well appointed hotel. Love the shower, bath robe and comfortable bed. Convenient location, great for business stays.

Nice looking hotel but expensive and their check-out policy sucks. On top of expensive rates, they charge $50/hr for late check out. I told them I only needed 20 minutes and they said that would cost $25. Give me a break - so much for hospitality.

Close to where we were going. However, it was too much money for a very outdated room. It was supposed to be artsy. I didn’t find that to be true. Very disappointed.
