Good spot first time in Denver wish I stayed closer to city center but breakfast was nice

This unit was a pleasant surprise in a major urban area of Denver Tech Center Region of Denver. The property was welcoming with a nice lobby with a large working fireplace on arrival. The receptionist was pleasant and quick to confirm my reservation and provide a room key. The hotel is tucked into a very crowded area of Denver tech Center area but parking was adequately provided. The lobby, breakfast area and rooms were all a little smaller then expected, but the space was always adequate and I never felt I was being cramped in to small a space. Breakfast was excellent. At least 4 kinds of protein, nice selection of breads and rolls, and cereal if you want it. For its location, it is an exceptionally good value.

Deben acondicionar mejor la cocina, no tienen cuchillo de pan o carne, no hay coffee maker de café molido; debería haber jabón de platos para no tener que usar la lavaplatos por 2 platos. Todo lo demás excelente, especialmente el desayuno, el mejor café en hoteles de toda mi vida (57 años), vengo a Denver 2-3 veces por año.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, several food options within walking distance. This is a business district with easy parking access and close to the freeway. We stayed for 2 nights and got a much better rate than similar properties in other areas of Denver. Would stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip in June 2023. The first night, I was prepping for bed and realized the sheets were inside out and had visible stains as well as some debris. They seemed dirty. Tried calling the front, no answer. Called 10 min later, no answer. Walked to the front, no one was there. I waited about 20 minutes total and someone came back and was able to give me sheets. I made my own bed. They didn't tell me when I checked in that housekeeping doesn't come at all unless you request (and the last Hilton hotel they told me it was request only and someone still came to clean my room about halfway through a trip). No one ever came to retrieve the dirty linens or make the bed, so it was not made properly the whole trip (I'm bad at putting those crazy linens back together!). Night 3 out of 4 days, I called at 7:30 am to let them know the toilet was acting up from the first time I used it day 1. They said a maintenance person would come at 8 or 9 am after I was out for the day. I came back at 8 pm, it was in the same condition. I spoke to a woman at the front who suggested she give me a plunger and I try to fix it. I explained to her that I didn't cause the issue - that it wouldn't function properly even the first time I used it. They had no other rooms available she said, so I'd have to tough out not having a toilet. There are toilets in the front and near the gym so I'd have to do that. I have never in my life stayed at a hotel where they have a toilet

The rooms allotted were not together one in 2 floor and the other in 3 floor We had to walk .5 mile to reach the room Did not provide complimentary water bottles as a courtesy which is done in all other hotels I was told that I booked thru third party application, Now I feel we should book thru Hilton website and not thru *******

Lipstick on a pig-still a pig. If you don’t want to sleep this is your hotel. Extremely loud on East side of property. Commercial trash trucks and employees from adjacent businesses loud at all hours.

This hotel was a dump. An embarrassment to the Hilton Chain. Reserved a room because of the pool: Water was green! The toilet was non-functional for 2 days (could not anyone from maintenance to visit), so we used the toilet in the lobby. Room was clean (thank goodness), but the breakfast area was not.
