丹佛市中心Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Denver City Center)

We booked the King Suite. Everything was perfect from room, to service to breakfast.

Close to the Convention center. Kind. Convenient. Clean. :)

Me acerqué al hotel y mi tarjeta no fue recibida lo cual quise hacer el pago en efectivo y no me lo recibieron. Por lo que me tocó irme a otro hotel donde recibieran efectivo

Only good thing about our stay was they did allow us to drop off our luggage in the morning and leave it in storage. The day shift front desk person was friendly and helpful, not so much for the night shift person who was rude and unfriendly. We arrived at 4 pm for check in and had to wait nearly an hour for them to get our room ready. We asked for water while we waited and were given bottles of warm water with no ice. After getting into room we had to clean countertop ourselves as it still had crusted food on it. After finding ice maker in room did not work I walked to front desk to request ice and told her icemaker is not working. She snarled "I know that, thats why I'm giving you ice" Well if you knew that, I would think you should have at least filled the ice tray in freezer before putting us in room after a hot day of walking around Denver. Any time we needed anything this woman made it seem like she hated her job and was not very friendly or welcoming. The day shift woman was a lot better but still disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and having to wait till almost 5 pm to check in. Also when we tried to heat meals in microwave the carousel would not work. Expect much better for such expensive rooms.

It was a busy weekend and it didn’t seem as though the property was prepared. Check in was a nightmare. There was no organization or a plan. The worst part was the manager just sat in his office and didn’t help at all. The desk persons were very busy and not friendly. The parking didn’t work and there was no help with that either. We won’t stay again.

The staff was very rude there at the also had a sweat at the lobby area until 5 PM check in supposed to be at 4 PM seem. Like they were shorthanded and the manager was very unprofessional I will never stay there again

The staff was very helpful very responsive to our request. The breakfast was delicious and of good quality.

Tout était parfait! Seul point négatif l’air climatisée qui ne fonctionnait pas bien, il a fait chaud un peu selon moi!
