You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Short ride or walk to Coors Field, Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium. There is plenty of room to entertain or just relax. The backyard has a gazebo with heater, fire pit, corn hole game and hibachi grill. Gourmet kitchen with full sized gas stove/ oven, cookware, spices, serving dishes, etc. to host a party. The Space Queen and Full sized beds in upstairs rooms. The family room couch is a pull-out queen sized bed, with a foam pad that can be added for extra comfort. A play pen / travel crib and portable highchair is available, as needed. Guest access The full home (excluding basement) and backyard are all yours. When not traveling for work, I work from home and I do ask that the laundry room (in basement) hours be limited on M-F from 4pm to 8am. If this limitation exists, I will clarify during the booking process.
