Now if this was not the Ritz and just a regular 5* hotel, perhaps I'd give it 4* but this is the Ritz! The room was fine, the staff were fine, the fitness centre was fine but nothing (and no one) was exceptional. Okay, not nothing. The food I had during my conference there was incredible! It was better than any other meal I had outside in the city. Here's my main beef. On the website, it infers that there are complimentary steam rooms by the fitness center. However, when I inquired, I was told it was $70 for a day pass! Even when I showed the front desk the website wording, they still wouldn't let me use it for 30 min. (I'll add that at the Four Seasons the previous week, I was welcomed to use the spa's steam room on a daily basis for free). See attached for the before and after wording on the website and you'll see what I mean.

房間有些舊，還算乾淨，應該就是速8，離火車站走路20多分鐘，離市中心不遠但也感覺偏僻，就是酒店附近有些homeless，稍微有些奇怪，附近沒什麼吃飯和超市，不太方便。不過這個價格也算可以吧。

This is an extended stay hotel where there are 2 units above two other units. We got one of the 2nd floor units. Room has dated carpeting and bathroom/kitchen fixtures but it was clean. Bed was comfortable. Tucked in for the night around 10 pm to get some restful sleep. HOWEVER, we were awakened around midnight by our next-door neighbor who apparently have been partying and created a ruckus. There was shouting, cursing, and loud banging. We called the front desk to report the disturbance and was even told that someone has also reported the commotion. We would not dare go out of our room to try and calm the people making the ruckus. It seemed to have been taken cared of because after a few minutes, we heard conversations and the noise died down. We've fallen back to sleep but about after an hour, they were back at it again with the shouting, fighting, and people kept going in and out of the room (banging the door). Again, we called the front desk BUT this time, no one was picking up. We tried calling several times, to no avail. The ruckus went on through dawn. We decided to leave at 5 am and just drop off the house keys at the front desk. We got to the front desk and found NO ONE WAS AROUND to hear our grievances. We just dropped off the house keys and left.
