海際之村高爾夫俱樂部度假村(Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club)

A lovely place. However, the sound barrier between rooms was non existent. The family staying next door to us sounded like they were in our room. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk I was told there wasn't much they could do about it. I have stayed in many places with adjoining rooms and have been unable to hear the people staying next door. I'm not sure why so little thought was given to sound proofing.

I asked for two rooms for 2 adults. ( myself and my son) We got 2 suites that sleep 6 ! Big waste of money and space. We could have been perfectly happy with one. I also had to go 4 flights of stairs to get to the room from the parking, no elevators or help. I have a bad knee. But the rooms were clean and comfortable. Just wish any of this was explained so we would have paid half! Also no explanations of the property, there are 2 and we were given 4 tickets for amenities, but were never told what the amenities were.

It is evident that housekeeping takes a great deal of pride in preparing units for guests. Everything was very clean, with pots and pans, dishes, utensils available on the condo side of the Ocean Edge. However, the condos are far from soundproof; we were easily and unfortunately able to hear our neighbor’s loud snoring. In addition, there was NO HOT WATER whatsoever in unit 161E.

There was no notification/information to go to the mansion for check-in. I went to guest registration which looks under construction. Inside I found a sign that said to go to the mansion. This info supplied with reservation confirmation would have been appreciated.

I really liked that we had a full kitchen, bedroom, laundry and living room with a sleeper couch. The bed was super comfortable! The location was perfect- quiet and peaceful yet close to everything in Brewster, and a good place to be on the Cape.

I liked the ease of checking in. I loved how clean my room was at the Village. The living room, kitchen, bedroom was good in size, however this unit states it sleeps 4 and I think it would be tight. The bathroom is especially small. The fan in the bathroom was not working. There was no shower liner, but again clean. What I think was the worst part of staying here, which will keep me from staying here again, is no internet connection. That was so frustrating. The worst part however, is how thin the walls are. The people next to us had their small children up, and this is no lie, until 3 AM. Once the kids settled down, there was two men, and I don't know what they were watching, but yelling so loud continuously, like they were at a football game. We knocked on the wall, then my husband got up at 4 and walked out to knock on their door. He was not sure which unit it was coming from, which I was happy about, because I could tell these guys were in a parting mood and I didn't want it to escalate. When he came back he banged so hard on the wall and it seems they finally got the hint, but that was about 4:30 am. Needless to say it was the worst night sleep for both of us. For those two reasons, I will not be coming back.

Beautiful property, spotless, comfortable, lovely dinning for dinner, and breakfast. We were there for death in family so we did not have opportunity to partake in amenities such as pools. Would definitely go back an other time.

My husband and I enjoy this resort. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. I want to go back very soon.

The staff was very nice, allowing us to check in very early. However we were placed at the end of the villages road, in the middle of a golf course and the apt smelled of mold. The air conditioner was broken and they did fix it, I hoped it would help with the mold, but it didn't do that much. To call the hotel Ocean Edge is deceiving at best, the tiny sliver of beach that was over a mile away from where our room was, was covered in marsh and sea****. Because our room/apt was in the middle of a golf course we had a view of nothing. The food at The Villages and nearby restaurants was sub-par at best. Oh, there were also way too many speed bumps, made the long journey to our room that much longer.
