Fantastic stay! We really enjoyed our time here. The people were awesome—very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The location is amazing, close to everything and very convenient. The place was also very clean and well maintained. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for couples. ☺️

31 on the Terrace is an awesome stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel through this way. The host is very gracious and the room has everything that you could ever want or need. It is right in the downtown area close to shops and bakeries and lots of fabulous restaurants as well. The room even has a private balcony, which is just wonderful.

The manager was helpful and friendly and helped us with nearby parking. The location was very central. The property is ‘quirky’ in design and very tired and worn; things fell off walls and/or didn’t work.

Stayed in Moulin Rouge room which was qite spacious and tidy with balcony over looking a roundabout.bathroom was a bit awkward with a couple of steps up from main room

Bed mattress was super comfy the rest of the experience was a little unconventional bordering on awkward. To strange to be considered quirky but it was clean and the mattress was very comfy.

The room we booked and occupied, Aloha, is described on ******* as 25 sqm with a king bed and river view. Also rated 10. Definitely wrong! The room is tucked in a corner, much smaller and with a queen bed.The furnishings are outdated.The view is of a car park and houses out back. There is a small river in the distance, hardly visible. There may well be nicer rooms in this unusual property, but Aloha needs to be corrected on *******. You get the impression that you are booking a nicer room, but you are not. The staff we met were nice. The recommended Spanish restaurant lovely.

Entrance was from the back as the front reception is closed an hour for lunch. Front reception is also closed at 6pm. The back entrance will need to be used. Several stairs need to be climbed inside to get to rooms and outside to get to the room. Rooms and building smells musty. Tacky decor. Very outdated. The room offered was so tiny, we asked if we could possibly upgrade to another room. 20.00 extra got us a bigger room with a balcony view of the main street. Bed was comfortable but, won't stay here again. Overpriced for what was offered. Photos online are very different to what we saw.

I had a very poor experience at 31 on the Terrace and would not recommend staying here for several reasons: • Accessibility: There is no lift, and we had to carry all of our heavy luggage up steep, old wooden stairs ourselves. This was extremely difficult. • Room Size: The room was incredibly tiny. There was so little floor space that we actually had to store our luggage on the balcony just to be able to move around inside the room. • Maintenance Issues: The room is run-down and poorly maintained. One of the table lamps didn't work, and more importantly, the toilet door lock was broken, which is a major privacy issue. • Noise: The building is very old and has zero soundproofing. I could hear every word from people talking in the corridor and every footstep. It is also right near the road, so every passing car sounds like it is inside the room. Overall, the place feels very rundown and it was a very uncomfortable stay.
