衞生差,櫥櫃裏的茶杯裏面,不知道是什麼東西,使用之前自己好好洗洗吧!服務差是不講信用。前一天晚上預約了第二天早上5.45到房間接人和行李,一大早趕飛機的。結果5.40打電話到前台沒人接電話,衹能自己拖着行李往大門口趕,看到一輛車從眼前過去,喊也不停。真的是差評。建議要住宿,有特殊需求的不能依賴他們的承諾,一定要隨機應變。斐濟的服務都這樣,還是衹有這家服務這樣,不得而知?

定的海景房,景色不錯,床品也是乾淨的,就是酒店設施難免老化,床旁邊的那個布藝沙發上有臟臟的痕跡,不是洗的掉的那種,看着讓人都不敢坐下,還是墊了一層浴袍在上面才坐下的,別的都沒什麼大問題,還有!沙灘確實一般,不過工作人員蠻熱情的

酒店環境不錯,預訂的一樓房間,到手的是2樓,跟他們交涉卻説房間沒有整理出來。前提是我在規定入住時間的前2個小時就到了,辦了登記,等待他們安排入住時間進房間。給力的是攜程,妥善幫我解決了問題。友情提醒,下訂單時備註要一樓!

我衹想説那些服務員們對華人的歧視非常大。並且每一次跟你打招呼幾乎都是被迫,像這種還不如不要打招呼。 去餐廳吃飯,我們需要點單和介紹,這些員工根本不搭理我們。但是他們對白人又是另一副嘴臉。

酒店為小朋友組織的活動非常好,小朋友玩的很開心。建議大家去游泳池要穿長袖泳衣,因為即便是陰天紫外線也很強。

環境非常好、酒店有各種一日遊的接駁車點很方便、就是服務特別慢、點菜上菜、客房服務都很慢、服務員經常會忘記order~

房間很大,人多也不會覺得擁擠,行李箱可以完全攤開,房間自帶廚房冰箱,可以自己購買食材做飯,下次去還會選擇!

超級棒的酒店。大大超出預期,性價比之王。最基礎的房型都會有一個小客廳。就像是一個小套房一樣。風景也很美,很適合家庭出遊。

我在酒店大堂的商店買東西,錢包落下了,十五分鐘後發現,去商店尋找,店員給保留着還給了我。在此十分感謝,讓我感到了温暖,也讓這次行程更加難忘和有意義。而且酒店環境衞生服務都很優秀,下次還會選擇住這裏,再次感謝商店的工作人員,給酒店點贊!

房間很乾凈 服務態度很好,但是人多需要排隊;tour desk和airline checkin desk的人會偷懶,可能會找不到人 早餐是自助,staff們都很推薦,實際上有些華而不實,味道中規中矩 沙灘不乾淨,可能因為離港口太近

整體還不錯 工作人員很熱情態度好 不過酒店比較老風格比較簡約

無敵差 差到爆炸 首先酒店隔音非常非常差 半夜不是鳥叫就是工作人員在聊天 真不理解半夜有什麼好聊的 好不容易早上 九點多 剛想睡 *** 開始拿吸塵器打掃 無敵響 真不明白在這裏住和住橋洞睡大街的區別在哪裡?從來沒有住過那麼差的希爾頓哦 並且酒店存在歧視亞洲人的情況 對亞洲人的熱情幾乎是沒有,我們不幸遺失了一件外套 ,我們和酒店溝通好 第二天過去拿 因為他們説找到了我們的外套,然後第二天到前台 工作人員讓我們等五分鐘 so 半個小時過去了 ,那個女前台來了一句什麼都沒有 what *******?are you kidding me?真不罵他們兩句 真不行 最後罵完才去找 而且不要讓門口的迎賓幫你打車 他叫的車又貴態度又差 20斐濟幣的路程需要30斐濟幣

和2018年來的時候一樣。 Pool 的景觀很好,餐廳一般,尤其是bula bus,以前是一元一天,現在直接變成11元
