This hotel had the best staff...so friendly and helpful. They went well above and beyond as to what i would want and what you get now a days. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!

Very pleasant warm comfy place to relax...workers are extremely helpful and polite at all hours. I definitely will be back!!

No crib for the baby, tv didn’t work. First room funny smell, like mold. Told it was due to construction workers staying the hotel. Hot tub dirty and pool no better. Worst place have stayed in. Avoid!!!!

The location was very convenient. Very disappointed that the hot tub did not work both nights that we stayed.

Was overall a very nice place to stay. Staff were very nice and i give them extra credit as they also work many roles at once- front desk lady is not only doing that job but also at same time cooking the breakfast for everyone and doing house keeping as well all with smiles on their faces! Very nice! Only wish there were someplace closer to purchase things needed or wanted for thing during the stay such as … swim suits and personal supplies etc

Do not stay in Room 201!!! It is directly over the pool equipment and makes loud vibrating, buzzing, humming and other noises all night. I wasn’t aware of it when we checked in as we were tired , had thetv on etc. Two hours later we were awake and it was even vibrating the bed. The manager just laughed at us and said they rent that room all the time and people prefer that room! He laughed at us!! Because we got that room through a third party he couldn’t do anything about it. The least they could have done was warned us ahead of time so we could have upgraded or gone somewhere else!!! We noticed this morning there may be other rooms with similar problems as the soda machine was making very loud noises as was other equipment in the hallway!

All in all a great place to stay. The Direct-TV connection was flaky the whole time but I didn't say anything because I HATE dealing with repairs.

The hotel was clean and nicely updated, except for our shower head. Breakfast had a lot of options and staff was friendly.
