慕尼黑施瓦賓美居飯店的評論

房間有點小，勉強放下了兩個箱子。離地鐵站和english garten 都比較近，還不錯。

房間小但乾淨整潔，位置不錯，周邊有多家超市商場餐廳，吃飯購物都很方便，離地鐵也很近，出行很便利，出差的好選擇。

滿意的酒店 安靜整潔 交通似乎不是很便利！但是附近離商業區挺近的。但是要走幾步路。性價比很高的hotel 前台也很有禮貌

位置非常好！

清潔で過ごしやすい部屋でした！ 無料のお水も用意されていて有り難かった

Wir haben eine Nacht im Mercure Hotel in München Schwabing als Zwischenstopp verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein später Check-in nach 23 Uhr war kein Problem und wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, mit Standardausstattung (TV, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, WLAN). Das Bett war bequem und insgesamt waren wir voll und ganz zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Este hotel comparte con un restaurante Coreano en el primer piso; por tanto, todas las instalaciones del hotel como pasillos y habitaciones, huelen a comida coreana. Es demasiado fuerte el olor a comida y es desagradable. No lo recomiendo.

War rundum zufrieden : Sehr günstig Änderung der Reservierung problemlos und alle Wünsche berücksichtigt. Sehr verkehrsgünstig (2 U Bahnen (U3/U6) in 5 Minuten zu Fuß ) Tolles Frühstück (incl. Weißwurst !) Angenehmes Zimmer Freundliche Rezeption. Gerne wieder.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the room, although very small, was cleanand comfortable. However the underground parking garage is a nightmare! Almost impossible not to scrape the sides of a car when trying to negociate between concrete pillers designed for small cars. Also, nobody mentioned that the ENTIRE hotel was surrounded by scaffolding, (and I made our reservation 5 months in advance). Consequently, our view of the gardens consisted of a bunch of metal bars and workers hammering away early in the morning.

1 casal pagar 2 diárias adiantadas e não reembolsáveis no valor de 473,68 € espera um hotel agradável e amigável como nas fotos do ALL, Booking and Trip Advisor. Entretanto, toda a fachada frontal do hotel está em obras( under construction) sem nenhum aviso: parece uma prisão, todas as janelas obstruídas, quarto com iluminação minima. Sou viajante frequente desde 2009, 43 países visitados, 80% das hospedagens na rede ALL Accor, mas esse foi o pior hotel dos últimos 15 anos. Tenho 98.000 seguidores no Trip Advisor que sabem da minha ética, objetividade e realismo. Semana passada estive no Mercure Muenchen City estada excelente. Sugiro que o hotel seja fechado e que todos os hóspedes que estejam nos quartos afetados pelo "enjaulamento/prisão" sejam ressarcidos integralmente. É lamentável que essa situação tenha ocorrido, estão em obras desde março de 2023, mas a propaganda enganosa afeta diretamente a saúde clínica e mental de um casal em férias.

Very comfortable bed, bedding and great pillows which were perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The AC was perfect and the amenities were adequate (a better selection of coffee/tea in room would be great) Bathroom was a little small (but expected). A larger rack to put things in the shower would be much appreciated. Housekeeping were fantastic The hotel reception had also kept a letter of mine (containing concert tickets) safely despite it arriving a full week before my check in. Thank you to the front desk team A small qualm was that the hotel was undergoing external refurbishment, and it would have been nice if customers were informed of this while booking. Had I known, I would not have opted for the courtyard view as it was blocked off by scaffolding

War ok. Waren im Dezember für ein Wochenende in dem Hotel und die Zimmer waren doch recht altbacken und hatten schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Sauber war es. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren auch ok. Aber was will man auch groß für den Preis erwarten. Frühstück und bar haben wir nicht genutzt, waren mit Freunden aus München unterwegs. Nächstes mal würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen.

The srvice was good and all until i went into the room and connected to the wi fi the wi fi service was terrible i cant even do anything on my phone or ipad please fix this or i might have to put 1 star

從預訂過程中就已經得到了很棒的服務，由於一些額外的要求，導演本人非常照顧並付出了額外的努力！這些天已經看不到這種情況了。非常友好和訓練有素的工作人員，可愛的新房間，裡面有您需要的一切，大電視，個性化的歡迎儀式和時尚的禮物，令人愉快的花灑淋浴，還有很棒的酒吧和早餐！所有這一切的價格都非常實惠，我肯定向大家推薦這家酒店！謝謝
