1). Bed with Bugs 2). Unwashed Bedsheets 3). Bad odour of Room 4). Worst Staff 5). Bad Services I even got the 2nd room as a compensation but the room had much more difficulty than the previous one. Because on Bed mites we took a cold shower at 4° C at midnight.

I am a solo woman travelling from UK and was visited by my 2 sisters who have severe social anxiety. We were mobbed by a very hostile bunch of several staff men who were pulling our bags and were shepherding us out of my room. It was a horrific ordeal for my sisters as they rarely leave their home anyway. No amount of politeness was helping. We were left asking for mercy by these men. This hotel is being run by very low level staff that has no understanding of hospitality. This staff uses hotel policies as a tool to harass their guests. Perhaps they resent their low wages while they serve guests who have the luxury of being on a holiday. Also, the rooms were filthy, bedding and towel has a fishy odour and the toilet was broken beyond repair. Proximity to Rly stn is very good but so are other hotels. Massive mark-up on basic items like bottled water. DO NOT GO HERE.

neet and clean room, near railway station, very co operative staff, every thing is too good, value for money

The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. Your most polite requests are met with aggression. Rooms are filthy. Toilets have plumbing issues and the only towel provided had a foul smell. Location wise, your room's window opens into a wall. It is 1 min from the Railway Stn but so are many other hotels there. Avoid. 👎

The receptionist was very good, the rooms were very best and clean. And the behaviour of the staff was also very good. Highly recommended.....
