"Overall property feel is good . The restaurant staff is very good and cooperative. The food is great and vibe is good . Location is good. But The reception staff needs to adapt to 5 star service as one of your staff member was so rude & misbehaved with me. Buffet breakfast & dinner spread was amazing and the service too in the Restaurant. Gaming room service was also good but I forgot the name of that Lady but she was so polite and good. We stayed for 2 nights and 3days , but room upgrade for which we even paid extra on second day stay yet room was given to us very LATE around 4:30pm and took another 45 mins approx to unlock interconnected rooms . They told room would be given on time Around 2pm but was not provided . I had to visit the reception again & again for Luxury room Card(Keys) . This thing matters alot because we choose taj for the service . Gym is small in size but all equipments was there. Also on 3rd day , I informed the reception staff around 10 am that I will check out by between 1:30 pm - 2 pm . The staff member Prashant said all okay for it ( as it was a Part of taj silver membership .) Even soumili was listening the same . But when we were going out around 11 am for the temple , your staff member came out to tell me why are you going out , you have to check out rightnow otherwise you have to pay extra amount at 11AM. This behaviour she did by coming out of lobby area that too in the porch area , she came out to behave like this . Is this really a 5 star property . This is not acceptable from a 5 star. I already informed the staff member in advance for the check out at 2 pm then how can she ask us to leave the hotel at 11am. What kind of behaviour is this??? She was so rude and did not apologised at all for her rude behaviour. You should change your reception staff for this kind of service. I want to give 5 star to Vista restaurant staff members as the service and food both were good. I checked out from your property well on time , even I stayed at 5 stars many times and very much know about check in check out rules and timing . This is not we expect from Taj staff to behave like this to come all the way towards us like this . And even Soumili never apologised for her behaviour. She needs to be send to basic taj training . Also no invoice was given to me during check out . Although they said they will mail me . They never did and also I had to call for same and even after emailing the reservation team , they only mailed the one part of invoice and not the complete one . I have stayed at other Taj properties earlier but the experience was much more memorable and good in other properties . You need to improve customer service , room check in process and improve the lobby staff behaviour . I want to give 1 star for reception staff members. Restaurant service: 5 star"
