We could not be more disappointed in the hotel. The room is tiny as is the bathroom. We are in one of their nicest rooms. I would had to see a standard room. The front desk staff was professional and nice but it stopped there. The concierge was grumpy and acted like he was doing me a favor. We had a snack and drink in the bar which is a nice spot. Also, the hotel is not on the beach as advertised. We would never stay here again.

The staff were all warm and friendly and the atmosphere is a delightful glimpse of the glamour and fun that this part of France can share. Our room had a perfect view of the glorious beach,the car shows right in front of the hotel,the people horse back riding on the beach….endless interesting scenes. The restaurant was also an elegant place to enjoy attentive service and great food. A very special mention for the concierge staff…Frank ,Owen and Etienne… who all gave us some excellent tips to enjoy our stay and really helped to make things memorable.

Great location right by the marina and good access to local restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and attentive. Parking available at cost but small car park. Maybe worth booking in advance if that’s possible. Breakfast was good selection including on one day, a hot breakfast. All food regularly replenished. Rooms well equipped and good size with good air con. Slept well in comfortable bed. Thoroughly recommend.

The property is literally 6 minutes walking from the railway station and 10 minutes from the beach. All other places are in and around. The housekeeping staff is impeccable, the reception staff is helpful and friendly and you can leave your valuables without a doubt. Only thing missing is mini bar and a safe, but still this hotel is worth every penny.

Let’s start with the positives…the rooms were well appointed. The hotel has a nice décor. The location is superb. There is an excellent convenience store/corner in the lobby with drinks, snacks and other amenities. The in-room amenities were very good. The lack of a dedicated drop-off/pick-up zone could be problematic if you aren’t lucky enough to find an open parking spot in front of the hotel. Our biggest disappointment was the very poorly designed and constructed stairs to the second floor of the family duplex room that we booked. The “stair tread” was far too shallow and the anti-slip stickers are not close enough to the edge to be fully functional. The problem with this room is that the showers are upstairs and there are two beds downstairs. So, there’s a lot of traffic going up and down. I fell one day so hard that I had three 20cm bruises on my back torso. I’m lucky that I didn’t do damage to my internal organs or break a rib. They were the worst bruises I’ve had in my adult life. The following day, my ten year-old daughter also slipped on these stairs and hurt herself. Every country and local jurisdiction has its own standards, but these stairs are really quite dangerous. Good luck trying to bring suitcases upstairs. We left ours downstairs and that severely limited the usefulness of that space. I reported the stair issue and while they listened empathetically and said they'd make a report, they didn't offer any type of effort to ease the pain, such as sending flowers, chocolates, or some other nice gesture. A better hotel would have done more than just ”make a report.” I would stay at this hotel again, but never in a Duplex Room.

Toujours du côté positif, il faut citer le calme du quartier et la possibilité de se garer gratuitement au pied de l'hôtel. En revanche, et ça aura été la vraie déception de cet hôtel de la chaîne ACCOR dont nous sommes habitués (et où je suis même membre GOLD), l'accueil a été complètement déplorable pendant 90% du séjour (de 3 jours), aussi bien au check-in que, peut-être pire encore, durant les petits-déjeuners ! (Unique contact agréable et courtois durant le séjour : la femme de ménage avec qui nous avons agréablement discuté.)
