舒眠套房飯店(Sleep Inn & Suites Dayton)

Clean and new hotel. Lobby & rooms all fine. Comfortable beds. Water pressure for showers could be improved. What gave this hotel an A was the great British accent young lady working the front desk. She was outstanding and personable in checking us in and making us feel welcome.

The people here treated us like family while we were staying here. That says it all.

Room was nice and comfortable, beds a little stiff but comfy, typical pillows small and go flat quickly, bedding clean and no smells, shower good and clean, guy working night shift nice and helpful. I didnt like that they charge my card 2xs once prior to getting there and once again at the property. Staff at front desk says it will drop off in 10 days.

The gal on duty was very friendly and kind. The room was clean. The ice machine was empty on our floor, along with the sanitizer. The breakfast was quite underwhelming: biscuits overcooked, sausage tasted weird. The telephone in the room was just "decoration". There was no cord to even plug it in. Couldn't call down to the front desk.

Very clean, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. Somewhat noisy due to proximity to major road. Check-in was easy. Overall very good and would stay again.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast could have offered more options e.g. bacon, cereal choices.

The location was great for us to visit family, and the room was clean and comfortable.

maintenance was sub par. Expired elevator inspection by 7 months, worn fixtures/or broken, delayed checkin although it was 5 pm, keys did not work because of lock malfunctions also reported by other guests, ice machine not working on 3rd floor, difficulty making TV work with no instructions and two remotes (finally got it). Kudos to the overwhelmed staff that night for their efforts to make things right. Nevertheless realy thought I deserved a comp.

Hot water in shower only worked when you ran hot water in the sink. 3rd floor room smelled musty and was damp . also the worst pillows ever.
