We purchased the meals from Premier Inn when booking. The restaurant was a joke - we ordered our food at the pre-booked time of 7:00pm. The restaurant said we would as they were busy have to wait at least 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours to be served our food - Starter arrived at 7:40pm with the main course arriving at 8:55pm. We were told by a local that this was not unusual as the pub / restaurant was under staffed. The table next to ours was not cleared of dirty dishes when the people left until I asked to be moved somwhere else in the restaurant.

The check in, staff, room and cooked breakfast were all very good. Evening meals were taking two hours or more and when they arrived were baked to the point of being inedible. We found a good restaurant in Boston so won't be eating in the evenings at the Brewers fare again.

This hotel was well located with plenty of parking. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and although there was no air conditioning the fan suppled meant that the room was kept at a very comfortable temperature.. I would happily recommend this hotel for a short break.

It's a few years since was stopped at this Premier Inn & was surprised & disappointed as to how run down it now is.Don't get me wrong the room was spotless but we picked a chilly weekend & the heating didn't work properly.you no longer get biscuits with your tea/coffee & there was a big space where the sofa or armchair used to be.The window sill looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for years.Finally you now have to ask to get your room cleaned & your towels changed.It's not done automatically....

Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Boston. Travelling in from the south on A16 you have to go through the town. Ample parking. Helpful staff. The Brewers Fayre restaurant gets busy and it is best to book for breakfast and dinner. Standard Premier Inn services and menu. Order dinner at the bar. Full English buffet for breakfast. We had a comfortable two night stay.

We visited as a family and had booked three rooms - 1 double and 2 family rooms. On check in Josh could see that the rooms we had been allocated had been placed at different ends of the hotel so he took the time to change our rooms and made sure that we were all close to each other. This was really appreciated! Staff ensured that our sons medication could be kept in the fridge and were available for us to get it on the two evenings we needed to. Breakfast was across the carpark in the restaurant and we all enjoyed the food. Overall we had a great stay and felt the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We especially wanted to thank Josh, Mollie and Mark who went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly, thank you.

Situated on the junction of the two roads north out of Boston, this hotel has a favourable position and is handy for a well-regarded Italian restaurant nearby, or right next door to the Brewers Fayre if you prefer. The room(s) were comfortable and quiet at the back of the hotel enabling a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. Our eventual room 128 was in a good position. We did encounter a major problem when unpacked; the toilet would neither flush nor refill, meaning numerous kettles of water to flush the loo. The receptionist was able to move us to another room, as fortunately the hotel was not fully booked that Saturday. This was just one of those things so no blame attached. We later found out that a call out for a plumber had been sent some hours before as we were the fourth to have the same problem that day. It is odd that a major hotel and restaurant could not get immediate assistance from a local plumber. The receptionist was very good in trying to 're-home' us, book others in and try and order food for a nonagenarian who had been ignored in the restaurant for half an hour and was both fuming and starving! And all the time the electronic key-cutting apparatus was malfunctioning. Well done to her.

Stayed here with family for a weekend trip. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. Josh and Molly on the front desk are amazing. Both went above and beyond the whole weekend. The breakfast was also delicious, a wide variety of choice, worth adding onto your booking.

I cannot fault my stay at Premier Inn. Two of us were visiting friends in Kirton and we had stayed at this Premier Inn before. We wanted a consistent and felt that this was more likely with Premier Inn where I assume they strive for a common standard. The rooms were well presented with the facilities one would expect. We didn't use the restaurant but it was there should we need it. Overall the hotel suited us as we knew what to expect otherwise you take pot luck with those hotels you don't know. We weren't looking to stay in the hotel during the day so the style suited us well. Our rooms were

As usual the staff experience made our visit a good one. The standards of cleanliness and comfort wee high. The only reason for not giving a 5 star was the disappointment about the state of the exterior. Full of weeds and looked dirty and unkempt .

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to Pilgrim Hospital Boston. When I arrived I was checked in by Rachel who was extremely professional and friendly. A pleasant change from some check in experiences I have had in the past. It was a very quick and efficient process. When I went to my room, I was immediately impressed by how clean the room was. The bathroom was absolutely sparkling. Guests are quick to complain but I was so taken aback by how clean my room was and how helpful and friendly all the staff were, that I have to say a big thank you to Rachel and Anna on reception and to Gail, Gemma and Tina for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness.

Lovely quiet location but also not far from the town,witn lots of car parking spaces. Amazing staff always friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend. The shower is over the bath whereas I would have preferred a walk in one.

Being right next to the Brewers Fayre played the biggest part in our decision to stay, but now, when I go to Boston again, I'll be looking to stay here again. The staff were absolutely bang on, especially Sam Pugh, went the absolute mile to help us. Brilliant. Room was like a chicken proof lawn... impeccable. Bed was super comfy, water cam out if the shower, the flush worked, the TV played music. It was quiet, it was great.

Couldn’t have the breakfast we paid for because the restaurant was so busy and chaotic there was no food, once some food became available, there was then not plates and so on! After 40 minutes we gave up. Spoke to Premier Inn reception who were very apologetic and said they would refund it. Instead however, they charged me again for the breakfast and then refunded that so no actual refund! I called to query this, again they were very apologetic and said they would refund it now. Nearly a week later still no refund and now can’t get through to the hotel!
