我只能推薦達沃斯硬石酒店。位置超級中心，距離達沃斯廣場只需幾分鐘即可到達。 工作人員真的非常友好和樂於助人（尤其是接待處的卡拉），還有餐廳和酒吧的工作人員。 自助早餐非常美味，沒有什麼令人不滿意的地方。

ich war mit Freunden dort. Erhielten alle ein Upgrade, da wir früh buchten. Top Lage gleich bei der Promenade und einen Steinwurf vom Eisstadion Davos entfernt. Der Freund der zu spät buchte hatte das Zimmer Richtung Osten, das wegen des Icehockey Spiels und den feierenden Gästen bis in die Morgenstunden laut war. Es lohnt sich die Westseite zu buchen. Am 2. Abend wunderbar gegessen im Hard-Rock Hotel mit Liveband - fantastisch.

Un hotel avec des atouts : bon emplacement, jolie chambre propre et salle de bains fonctionnelle, spa agréable. Cependant, l’accueil n’a pas été à la hauteur. Il a fallu réclamer les avantages gold/VIP. Le parking gratuit a été accepté, mais le surclassement refusé 2 fois, alors que l’hôtel était loin d’être plein de l’aveu même de la réceptionniste. 4 mini macarons offerts pour compenser. Lit d’appoint pour notre fille de 12 ans peu confortable (plutôt pour un jeune enfant 5/6 ans) Nous n’avons pas aimé le restaurant pour le dîner : plats chers et médiocres.

A mixed experience I booked for 2 nights just staying myself and my 10 year old son, having driven across Europe from the U.K. My son is a huge fan of Hard Rock hotels (our last stay being at the one in Tenerife) so we were excited to stay here in Davos. We booked the best room available (Platinum Suite - easily enough room for 6!) in hope of a great stay. We had a poor experience at their restaurant on the first night (‘GMT 1’) but the following day the manager Lorraine took time to meet with me about it and went the extra mile to set things right. I trust she will train up the waiter involved. The Spa was lovely, and Gabriella ensured we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. A little confusing to book (their digital booking system on the Contler app sent us round in circles, asking us for passwords that were weren’t provided) but once we’re we’re booked I had a great deep tissue back massage and a relax in the hot tub. The Platinum Suite (room 906) is a large modern apartment. Decor was minimalistic compared to other Hard Rock hotels I’ve stayed at, feeling somewhat clinical rather than the usual rock star vibe. It was great to have USB sockets everywhere (even in the bathroom) and in true Hard Rock fashion I was able to borrow an acoustic guitar during our stay.

不錯的酒店，SPA很好。但... 不友好的工作人員。除此之外，接待處不接聽電話。 有很多角落和縫隙。必須乘坐兩部電梯才能到達房間，還要經過很多走廊。 房間內沒有迷你吧、水壺或咖啡機。 總之，我們很失望，不會再回到這家酒店。 當然，我們在達沃斯，但提供的服務非常昂貴。

Der Grossteil des Personals spricht und versteht kein Deutsch. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Deluxe Zimmer war ziemlich klein, dafür der Balkon und das Bad relativ gross. Der Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist einmalig und das Personal war freundlich.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was extremely loud, we called the reception at 00:30 and they said the noise would soon stop but it was absolutely not the case, we couldnt really sleep then we complained at the reception the following morning but they didnt really care, they said they cant accommodate us since we booked through *******, what a shame. Breakfast buffet was great but the restaurant isnt good at all, the burgers, the soup and the lasagne were not good at all.

Exceeded our expectations. Too bad we booked last minute and we could not get a covered parking spot.

property was spacious and it was presented in a friendly atmosphere, dining experience was great and staff amazing.
