納什維爾布倫特伍德福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Nashville - Brentwood)

Super comfy bed, but our shower had a lot to be desired.

TV was very intermittent! They blamed on workers on roof, blocking DISH. We called and basic were trying to get them to stop working around DISH and was told they would stop no later than 8pm but was 8:45-9:00. The work started around 6am removing huge trash containers with large, loud trucks. Would not stay there or any other Sheraton property!

Visit was ok. The lobby was under a major renovation and the bar/restaurant area were closed until further notice. This was not mentioned in the description prior to booking. The rooms were clean and beds ok. Prolly won’t stay here again.

Nonostante erano in corso i lavori di ristrutturazione, nin abbiamo sentito nulla e il servizio é stato eccellente. Hotel pulito e comodo. Lo consiglio!

Wasn’t told under construction lobby smelled of goof off and paint construction started at 7:00 Amanda went until 4:00 pm No pool no gym no restaurant

They cancelled my reservation and struggled to get me checked in for 45 minutes when I arrived. All the ceilings were leaking

We booked a one night stay after traveling five hours arrived and was told there was a flood of some sort in our room. Although they covered our expense for another hotel it was 20 minutes south of the are we needed to arrive at the next morning. The new hotel we stayed at had bugs in the room. We were told our money had already been refunded due to the inconvenience, however upon leaving this review I had to call ******* and dispute the charges for a refund. Although the area and hotel looked nice the level of customer service was poor.

Dirty rooms, also don’t trust ********** - they hide behind a computer screen and won’t make bad situations right.

The entire place is under construction. No pool or hot tub, no gym, and the once beautiful restaurant and bar is a tiny little room that's hardly open and serves very little. Breakfast was crazy, they had coffee for free, but wanted a ridiculous amount for little pastries or other items. Worst of all, they had no drinking water unless you wanted to spend a wild amount on a bottle of water. That's right, no drinking water even at breakfast.
