Our stay was great. I have 2 suggestions: 1) More wall hooks, everywhere. At least 2 more in the bathroom and some by the front door to hang coats and purses. And 2) Get rid of the foot cover piece of fabric at the foot of the bed. Those things always feel gross and they don't and anything to the design aesthetic.

We had dimed lights wasn't bright at all no venting system in bathroom and no continental breakfast had better hotel rooms for alot less i wouldn't return for the price

The front desk staff was so friendly at check-in and the beds are super comfy!
Unfortunately, several other aspects of our 2 night visit were less than awesome. We had tickets to a show and got the runaround between the gift shop and the Resort Club on where to pick them up. The frig didnt work so our lunch leftovers we hoped to have for a late night snack were ruined, there was no microwave and somebody else's swimsuit was hanging in the closet. Not the glowing review I usually leave for Rhythm City but it's warranted this time around.

Hotel was fabulous, upon arrival out rate was showing incorrect and the manager was patient while we dealt with OneKey to correct balance. Everything got sorted out quickly and were able to enjoy a nice weekend away. Beds we little uncomfortable as they are hard but the amazing waterfall shower made up for the stiffness.

The place is close to new. It was designed nicely and seems to be well maintained and people have respected the place so far. I hope they keep it up so we can all enjoy nice for a long time.

Stayed for the Jesse McCartney concert ( which was amazing) and had a room to go to afterwards. Comfy beds. My only complaint was about 7am, a light on the hotel phone light up the room like an alarm. I couldn’t get it off. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
