The place is in a good location, in close proximity of Ecoland (Main Bus Station for Davao). The Aircon worked very well. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is basic, but does the job. The room didn't have a window, soap and shampoo as advertised during booking and the TV is only a decoration, despite all efforts, I couldn't make it work.

initially there was a problem with my booking but was settled immediately. I recomend this place if you are climbing Mt Apo, its near Jollibee Sandawa which is a common pickup point, the wifi is good also

approachable security guard, easy to talk with. very clean rooms, and near to terminal

Regarding the towels it was too old but it was clean
