Incorrectly sent me a late email stating no dining options due to a Xmas party. Option to refund, but to late to book an alternative hotel. When I asked reception what did they suggest they then realised wrong email template, but to late to dine. (Wedding on) Directions to takeaways etc but neglected to mention dark footpath. When I returned did reception remembered to ask me about breakfast which apparently had to be decided on arrival. If I hadn't have happened to see reception, I wouldn't have been asked and so then no breakfast. Lucky they saw me! That particular reception person was very joyful but not presentable. Morning reception and room staff very presentable and helpful... Room was tired for the price
