Nice facilities we got from the Hotel........... Food was soo delicious and tasty..... Staffs were so helpfully............ Location was in very good place...... I would definitely love to visit the Hotel again..Especially the boy named Dinesh from Reception is very kind and helpfully...

Do not trust misleading reviews posted here. We checked in here and were impressed by the nice reception desk they have made. But the first impression was not the last impression for us. The staff person took us to show the rooms. And alas!! all rooms were in pathetic condition. It was very much dark in the rooms as well as the lobby. Room Doors, Bathroom Doors were not working properly. We had to wait for the basic things like towel for so long. Had to call twice for a mere towel. !! When the towel came, it was similar like this property - VERY OLD. I would not even wipe my floor with such quality of towel. While asking with the staff person why such kind of quality , the answer was "Sir, Sab aisa hi hai!! (Sir, all towels are like this only). Bedsheets looked dirty - not washed properly. The chairs put in room was like they have procured from a second hand market. Bed was noisy. Bathroom door - not working properly. Hot Water - only available from morning 7am to 9am and evening 7pm to 9pm. This means if you want to have a bath with hot water, you will have to wakeup early in the morning!! That too when you are on a leisure trip with family. When complained about the quality of rooms to teh receiptionist, he just smiled with a face which was saying "I cannot do anything on this... you have wasted your money on us... now you bear with it." The bar in the hotel which is in the basement, has very few option. Sitting arrangement is no less than a road side bar. Food quality was average. For each and everything, had to remind. All in all, a very bad experience we have gone thru. Till writing of this review, i havent had their breakfast yet. But i have no hopes.
