The staff are friendly but less enthusiastic. The food which provided in restaurant was expensive but with less variety and quantity. The room is clean but with a lot of flies.

The reservation counter don't fulfill his commitments....but hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful but the reservation counter holder mr. Shil kaushik is not doing his job properly it's not good for hotel reputation.......thanks

We had a wonderful stay with Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa, The food was delicious, the ambiance are perfectly kept and the staff are properly trained specially Ms.Vansita assistance was really commendable. We will definitely visit this properly again.

We visited to Darjeeling in the month of June and the weather was little rainy but the view was mesmerizing everything was very clean, the food was tasty and the staff were really good special thanks to Vansita Singh for her service, recommend hotel for sure.

We visited Darjeeling with our family for a summer vacation, and our only concern was view which was clearly visible from the room itself, we enjoyed each of meal and loved the ambience of the hotel, the receptionist Vansita really helped us regarding everything in Darjeeling and would definitely recommend Udaan for Holiday to Darjeeling.
