Our stay at Taj Chia Kutir was truly felt like home. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Lokesh, Geshika, Daksha, Reema and Bhaska were incredibly helpful, with Geshika going above and beyond to assist me with everything. A special thanks to Lokesh and Geshika for the beautiful surprise decor for my parents’ 25th anniversary, making their day unforgettable. The valley trek with Praju was hands down my best experience. He was friendly, helpful, and made it truly memorable. Visiting the kitchen with Mr. Pawan was next best experience. It was impeccably maintained with separate sections for each food category. I even got to learn baking from chefs Amrita & new trainee guy from Kolkata. The live singing in the evening was soulful, and every moment at the property was top-notch. I highly recommend Taj Chia Kutir for its outstanding hospitality and warmth.

I had the most relaxing weekend at Taj Chia Kutir and would highly recommend it for the lovely location, delicious flavours from North East India. One of the highlights was a walk with local guide Alip around Makaibari - it was wonderful. The front desk and reservation team were fantastic and made sure that they provided us with a room as per our preference. A special mention for Sanjana, Kumkum and Lokesh. A big shoutout to Rishi, who was so kind, friendly and hospitable and his entire team. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and experience the various cuisines on offer. Raja and his colleague at the bar were also so warm and hospitable. There are so many other staff members, including Koustav, Abhijit and Seevan, also at the restaurant. Thank you for one of the most relaxed and enjoyable weekend trips.

Overall nice experience. Staff is courteous and helpful. Good views from room as well as reception area. Nice activities planned. Tea testing session was amazing. Weather here is nice in monsoon. House keeping is over enthusiastic. They have really good view on upper story tooms
