The stay was pleasant and location was very good, and Mount Queens Hill Resorts are on the MIRIK lake only walking, and staff are very helping and supportive especially Ms Raksha. MIRIK is very calm place for relaxing. The morning is superb.

It was a memorable experience. The staff members are very polite, cooperative and hospitable. The hotel has an excellent ambience with an amazing view of the lake. They have great food. Overall it was a beautiful experience and we would love to visit them again.

Good ambience food quality was so awesome and the room is so beautiful spacious lake view great and the service is very excellent by Mr reshap gurung really he care us very kind and honest we love to visit again in this hotel because of Reshap will highly recommend this hotel in mirik we had very very wonderful stay before this we stay at in summit lillum kalimpong

Our stay here was most memorable. The location of the property and overall services were above par. The staff behaviour specially Mr. Reshap Gurung and Mr. Badal Gurung were to cooperative and warm hearted. Must visit if you ever plan for mirik.

I had a wonderful stay at Mount Queens Hill Resort & Spa! The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning lake view that made the mornings truly special. A special mention to Reshap and Sonu for their outstanding service — both were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch to the stay. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

It is a very nice Hotel. The services were good .. The behaviour of the staffs here are awasome.. Specially Mr. Reshap, Mr. Sonu and Miss Raksha were just excellent. The quality of food was good. The Restaurant was a excellent place to have your food
