Personale estremamente cordiale. Vista panoramica su Darjeeling mozzafiato! Pulitissimo e ordinato! In perfetto stile alpino! Il cibo è ottimo e la posizione è molto comoda, non troppo lontana dal centro ma in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura!

Lovely Stay with Excellent Service Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was very warm and attentive. They even helped us plan our local sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Darjeeling.

We had a lovely stay in West Gate ,Darjeeling. The hotel has pleasant ambiance and we had a great time here. The room was spacious and clean , the food was delicious and the service was great. The staff took great care of us especially Aman ,Ayus and Repbommit from restaurant deserves special recognition. The Front office staff were pleasant and smiling and gave good service . Would recommend the property to all.

I stayed at The West Gate Posada By Summit in Darjeeling for 3 nights with family and the experience in the Presidential Suite was truly enjoyable. The spacious suite, complete with a private balcony and jacuzzi, offered a luxurious and comfortable retreat for my wife, daughter, and me. The breathtaking view of Mount Kanchenjunga from the balcony was a highlight, perfectly complementing the modern amenities and tasteful decor. The staff were polite, attentive, and made our stay memorable with their warm hospitality. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The location is hardly 10 min walk away from The Mall. Highly recommend for a special family getaway!

Excellent hospitality and the breath taking Himalayan ranges / Kanchenjunga views were mind blowing. The staffs were always on their toes and assisted in every seconds when needed. Soumptous breakfast. The tea lounge was the best. The sauna & the steam bath was the best experience.

Rooms are good, interiors are awesome, hotel location is good, food is excellent. Best part is staff. Very polite and helpful. Especially repbommit and ricky. Both took special care of my kids. Only one con: plz change the carpet of rooms. Very dirty and full of stains.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The room was beautifully decorated with white royal interiors. The staff took care of us demonstrating amazing hospitality - especially Repbommit and Aman. The food was incredible as well! Highly recommend!

The staff are very friendly and helpful However, I would not rate it as 5 star facility I booked presidential suite. Not worth it. Almost $400/ night. No views from the room Description of room had walk in shower. However there was none Jacuzzi was there but takes one hour to fill water. Strange smell in the Jacuzzi Breakfast was very ordinary. Not many options. Certainly not 5 star standard

The location of property is near to market(approx 5 to 6 KM.) Food both veg and non-non veg is excellent. Staff is also very polite and cooperative. They claim that Kanchan jangha is visible from balcony of fourth floor. And if weather is clear we can really see peeks of kanchanjangha. It can be opt without doubt.
